This ambassador of goodwill confessed to eleven attacks on women over several years, moving from place to place in the state of Pennsylvania while working in construction.
He was finally arrested when police, alerted by an alarm, arrived at a convenience store while he was attacking a clerk. Brown had tied her up, dowsed her with lighter fluid and threatened to set her on fire.
“I am what I am, but society created me,” authorities said Brown told them. He added that he believed women had treated him badly his whole life and that he was getting back at them.
