Yes they deserve hell for hurting the innocent. One correction though: 10 year old boys do NOT weigh between 110-130 lbs!! Puberty has not set in yet, my son weighed 71 lbs at age 10 and got up to 75 for age 11, and now he's full grown at 5'10 and 180.
