I don’t think they’ll give this guy the same consideration.
An American ex-marine was looking for sex as he groomed a 12-year-old girl he met on an internet games site geared for children.
After they both spent some time discussing their emotional problems, her problems with bullies, and how boys are so mean, he flew with her to Paris, gave her some vodka and had sex with her.
Studabaker was sentenced in 2004 to over four years in prison in the U.K. and now, after serving most of that time, has been deported from that country and faces four charges in the US of sexually exploiting the same girl.
