What do you have to do in order to get the death penalty in Georgia?

Burning their house down around their corpses in order to conceal your crime? Do you think that should get the death penalty?
Despite facing 15 felony charges, including multiple counts of felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault, cruelty to children and arson, prosecutors have decided that just wasn’t enough to try to get the death penalty for Mr. Stringer.
