    Donald Matis

    Some people, for whatever reason, can’t help themselves.

    People like Donald Matis.

    Raped as a boy by a local lawyer, Mr. Matis has developed a taste for little girls.

    Just pled guilty to raping a 15-year-old girl a year after he was released from prison for raping an 11-year-old girl.

    After hitting the bars with the girl’s brother, he spent the night at their house.

    After everyone in the house was asleep, Donald Matis crept up to the girl, pulled down her pants and raped her.

    People like this will repeat these offenses until they are unable to repeat these offenses.

    How should they be stopped?

    Donald S. Matis, 25, of 133 Main St., Ware, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of seven to 10 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to unnatural rape of a child (second or subsequent offense) and unnatural rape of a child. The sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentences now being served.

    I thought I’d see what I could find out about Donald, after someone mentioned that this story might be, and I quote, “LIES, LIES, LIES”. Seems like Judge Tuttman didn’t think so. Neither did Donald himself for that matter, since he pled GUILTY to both charges.

    The Massachusetts Court Of Appeals didn’t think so either. Matis’ appeal, filed in 2006, was rejected on May 10th 2006 You can view the courts decision by clicking here.
