So just like how she was able to live all those yrs before she killed her family, the real her shined through because if she wasnt a sociopath, she wouldnt have been able to do it. Now that she is out in society, she can go back to what she knows, mimicing human behavior in hopes of fooling those around her. With Jeremy, she was able to "be herself"....a twisted cunt with a macabre mind with zero empathy for the parental units who gave her life and for her very young brother.
