    Judge Julian Hall

Judges serve an important duty to the community. They serve as the hand of justice, weighing evidence and passing sentence. Their decisions affect thousands of lives, protecting the innocent by punishing the guilty.

Some judges are influential enough that their opinions can change the course of history.

Judge Julian Hall could have been that kind of judge, but he didn’t study hard enough in judge school.

Keith Fenn, a 25-year-old window cleaner, had sex with a 10-year-old girl in a park.

    Twice.

In Judge Hall’s court, Mr. Fenn resorted to the “she didn’t look 10″ defense. He claimed her frilly bra was too provocative and that her thong maddened him with desire.

Judge Julian Hall agreed, claiming, “She doesn’t look 10, she looks 16,” and sentenced Mr. Keith Fenn to two years with time already served counting towards the total.

Keith Fenn will be out of jail in…four months.

His accomplice, 34-year-old Darren Wright, served nine months and is now free.

This isn’t the first time Judge Julian Hall has been very gentle with a guilty pedophile. Earlier this year, he told a guy who stuck his hand down the pants of a 6-year-old girl and fondled her that he could go free if he bought the victim a bicycle to cheer her up.

    Does Jonathon Edington deserve hell?

      • That Ninja says:

I still don’t understand how a grown man would consider a 10 yr old sexy. 16-17 eh, but what’s so hard about layin it on thick with a grown woman. Ill never understand pedo’s.

    2. Natasja says:

      My thoughts exactly Sarah!

I would sentence him to hell…no problem

    3. Jayni says:

Thats gross. “I’ll let you free if you buy me a bike.” What a sick little girl! I hope these girls that say shit like this, get some help themselves.

      • Belle says:

You miss read that, the JUDGE said he could go free if he bought her a bike, Not the girl! The JUDGE!!!!!!!

        • phil k says:

, ALL JUDGES HAVE PEDOFILE TENDENCIES , THIS PROVES IT

          • Max The Cat says:

All of them, huh Phil? Perhaps you can expand upon this statement for us. For instance, what are those tendencies and how do you spot them? Something else you might want to touch on would be reasons why we shouldn’t consider you just another crackpot from the internet.

I mean, come on Phil – these all-CAPS posts are almost always a dead giveaway that the poster is nut case on a rant.

“Thats gross. “I’ll let you free if you buy me a bike.” What a sick little girl! I hope these girls that say shit like this, get some help themselves.”

Uhm, hello? The child is “sick”?

This is what was actually written: “Earlier this year, he told a guy who stuck his hand down the pants of a 6-year-old girl and fondled her that he could go free if he bought the victim a bicycle to cheer her up.”

Read the post again…. and this time, try to understand that the children were victims.

      doh

    5. Mazzi says:

I know this is an old story, but I just found (and subscribed to) this site. My question is – even if the child had been 16, wouldn’t that still be statutory rape by a 25 year old? This judge is a freak – a sick bastard. Trading a 6 year old’s innocence for a bike? What a subtle way of teaching a baby to become a prostitute. “Give up the goodies for gifts or money, honey.” I would happily dance on this pig’s grave as he begins his descent.

    6. Amy says:

I have a daughter who is 9 but looks 14. But no matter how old she LOOKS, the moment she starts talking you KNOW she is only nine.
Four months.FOUR FUCKING MONTHS. For raping a 10 year old child. And like a bike is going to make it all better. Judge Hall is a stupid shit!

    7. MIKE says:

re #5, the age of the consent in the UK where this happened is 16

    8. MBA-Ms.BadAss says:

Christmas all year long! This judge thinks he’s Santa Clause, giving “gifts” to both the criminals and victims in his courtroom.

    9. The Danger Zone says:

So who’s looking into the Judge’s personal computer files…. Who’s following him on his time off… Seems to me the Judge is trying to create a precedence here just in case he gets caught….

Further, what’s up with the legislature that it can allow a pedophile to be sentenced like this? I’m so glad we have minimum sentences in the US….

    10. Mean Girl says:

This fucking judge must be a empathetic pedophile who should rot to death.

    11. Bill Baker says:

This is a joke right? This has to be a joke, No body is this stupid As to let a mother fucking child rapist walk. This is one of those “i just dont get it moments” Oh well hope you have a long slow ride to hell there judge.

    12. VCBecky says:

So, let’s say I am 8 and I want a new Barbie doll. All I have to do is let an old man finger-bang me and I get my toy? OH, THAT’S SO WORTH IT! I’ll be sure to tell all of my Brit friends about this. It’ll sure make Christmas less expensive! “Sweetie, go take these holiday cookies to Mr. Jones! And while you’re at it, tell him you’ll trade a Nerf Football for a little stink finger! And remind him to bring the cookie plate back when he’s done!”

No, I’m not slamming the British. Just this one disgusting judge. TO HELL WITH HIM!

I’ve spent the last month reading every story on this site and most of the comments as well. I know this is an a very old story but when I first heard of it a long time ago I cried for this baby girl. I wanted to share something I wrote at the time because I couldn’t get this story out of my head. Now that I’ve finished reading the old stories I’m sure I’ll follow all the new ones that come up. This site is truly awesome!

      I’m sorry Little One

Here we are, the adults, entrusted with your care,
And all that we have taught you is the world just isn’t fair
So young to have suffered the worst our world can give
And I wonder how you’ll manage to find the will to live

Abandonned as a child, when you were only four
You’ve been let down again, by our ignorant law
I wonder what you were thinking, as your innocence bled
They used you and abused you, but its YOUR fault they said

You must have been in a world of unimaginable pain
As those brutal men tore baby flesh, again and again
You sought out your justice, in the legal way
You had every right to believe that the guilty would have to pay

But now the evil judge from hell, has raped you once more
Though its a legal kind of rape, cos he’s a man of the law
Apparently your protection, depends on the way you dress
If you don’t wear the right clothing, then sometimes no means yes

Now they’re free to walk away, but I know you’ll never forget
How 2 men stole your innocence, and the judge charged you their debt.
Can you ever forgive us, Little One, for the pain we’ve put you through?
I’m so sorry, baby girl, this aussie heart breaks for you.

That is beautiful AussieKat. Welcome to the site, I hope you do stay, I have found many great people here in the short time I’ve been here. We are very passionate about the victims and wanting justice for them.

I did the same as you. Baby Alijah Mullis is what brought me to this site. I used to live just a few miles from him and his so called parents Travis “TJ” Mullis and Caren Kohberger, we had mutual acquaintances. Travis took Alijah to a nearby beach and killed him and threw him out into a field on a roadside. You probably read about him already. Anyway, when I came here it was because I was hoping to read that these wastes of skin were in prison. Unfortunately they still have not been to trial yet even after all this time.

After finding this site I immediately became addicted and read every story on here as well. Now I keep up with all the new ones and write a couple to. Again, welcome to the site and I hope to see you on here!

    15. Leasha says:

That judge is such a sick piece of shit!

But i have to ask, what was a 10 year old doing wearing a thong?? JW

    16. Kate says:

So I’ve been reading through stories – I am a survivor of physical, emotional and (I think) sexual abuse as a child. I put the “(I think)” in there because I don’t REMEMBER anything but in the back of my mind I know it’s there.

Anyway. WTF?! So as long as the child gets something molesting her is okay. How is this NOT the judge setting a precedent that if the child receives a gift the molestation is okay? Doesn’t that just make it a form of prostitution? OH. I forgot. That’s how abusers work ANYWAY. Hurt someone, then buy them a present to make it all better. -.- That’s one hell of a precedent.

@ Leasha – A 10 year-old was wearing a thong because parents let their daughter’s wear sexy, provocative and age inappropriate clothing. Osh Kosh makes string bikinis for infants.

      • vcbecky says:

Kate, is your experience negatively affecting any other areas of your life, or is it a darkness lurking in your past that you can ignore? Search yourself carefully, and in every aspect of your life. If there is nothing wrong, I recommend that you let sleeping dogs lie. I speak from experience, please trust that. I’m not a therapist by any stretch, just a human who’s been through it. We all have darkness, sometimes it’s tolerable because the brain is self-repairing to a degree and it doesn’t affect us.

If you find that you’re ‘unusual’ in areas that might be related to what you suspect happened, get help for your memory loss and the reasons behind it. We block things out for a reason, yes, but sometimes our minds are wrong for doing so because the scars are too deep and need treatment. It’s a very tough road (I equate it to heroin recovery, at least from what I’ve heard of heroin), and possibly one of the biggest fights of your life, but if the monster is still tormenting you after all this time you need to expunge him. He has no right to your happiness, your sense of security, your relationships with others, your self-confidence or any other part of you. He never did. Monsters like that are both pitiful, and unworthy of pity. They’re also far, far beneath you.

Much support and love to you, sister. You are strong. Never forget it.
