Robert Williams is a 30-year-old homeless, ex-convict, ex-Blood, torture-rapist who also likes to steal things.
Robert Williams also goes by the name of “Pooh.” As in “bear,” I’m sure.
He has quite the past, Mr. Robert Williams, does. Williams has beaten up strangers he met in the subway, he’s shot a neighbor four times while trying to steal a necklace, he’s thrown feces at prison guards.
He’s a likable guy.
On April 13 of 2007, at about 9:30 at night, Robert Williams was in the apartment building of a 23-year-old journalism student attending Columbia University. He followed the girl into the elevator. When she got off on her floor, he confused her by asking for some imaginary neighbor, then pushed the girl into her apartment, slapping her cell phone out of her hands.
From a reader: “Do you think we’ve gotten to a point where nothing shocks anyone anymore? How can so many people be so evil?”
Response: We’re only animals, and the only thing holding us back from a Hobbesian culling is some weird wiring in our frontal lobes that enables us to have conscious control over our base instincts. You know that saying, “Stress is the body’s natural reaction to the urge to strangle someone who so richly deserves it”?
Well, there you go.
Sometimes the wiring goes awry, either by genetics or environment. At that point, you’ve got a problem.
I suspect that this kind of derangement is, was, and will always be with the human race, but nowadays we have CNN.
Born to a Korean family, Kim Sung Jong became the recipient of his father’s estate at the age of 17, inheriting a fortune his father built with a series of gambling parlors in the local area.
After graduating from college with degrees in politics and law, Kim Sung Jong became a naturalized Japanese citizen and changed his name to the more Japanese-sounding Joji Obara. He also had surgery on his eyes to make them less oriental-looking.
Joji Obara, using the money his father had left him, invested heavily in real estate speculation on the island of Japan up until the late 1990′s, when it collapsed and took most of his fortune.
Marcus Fiesel was born in 2003 and died in August of 2006. An autistic child, he had the mental development of a one-year-old when he was three.
He loved Bob the Builder, flowers and bubbles, much like my son.
In April of 2006, he was given up by his natural mother to the state’s care when she realized that she couldn’t care for him any longer. His life with his natural mother up to this point had been one mishap after another, falling off a roof at one point, and wandering through traffic another time.
The state, through a private foster care company, placed Marcus Fiesel with foster parents David Carroll and Liz Carroll.
One of 15 children, Jimmy Maketta left home at an early age, living on the streets, committing the usual crimes.
Somewhere along the line, he got “Jesus” tattooed on his upper lip, which was rather distinctive to his many victims.
Between March of 1996 and December of 1999, Mr. Maketta raped and murdered, seemingly at will.
Jimmy Maketta’s antics scared the living bejeezus out of several small South African towns. Households were so scared that their family members would be the next victims that they started sleeping four families to a building.
Jimmy Maketta stalked his potential victims like a panther, sitting on a hill with a good view of the local farms and watching who left with whom and who was going to get drunk. Waiting until dark, he would break into houses and rape and kill.
In October of 2003, when he was 14, Robert Cameron Houston went into the room of a girl who was staying at the same group home.
Robert Houston put his hand over her mouth and showed her a knife that he had taken from the kitchen. Leading her into the living room, he forced her to remove her clothes, fondled her and tried to rape her. He couldn’t do it, but he gave it the ol’ college try. When he was done, he told her that he would kill her if she told anyone.
Robert Houston got detention after she told someone.
In 2004, Robert tried to rape his aunt, who screamed and woke up the rest of the house.
Did Bobby Cutts Jr. do it or didn’t he?
Bobby Cutts Jr. was the boyfriend of 26-year-old Jessie Davis, who is rather famous for being pregnant and disappearing sometime on or after June 13th – which was the last date she had been seen, talking to her mother on the phone.
Jessie Davis’ body was found in Summit County at 3:30 PM on Saturday the 23rd of June.
On July 3rd, she was due to deliver a baby girl.
It never happened.
Bobby Cutts Jr. was taken into custody Saturday afternoon by the Stark County Sheriff’s Department and has been charged with the murder of Jessie Davis and her unborn baby.
Two counts of murder.
Dale Hutchings, an ex-school crossing guard, is facing more than a thousand counts of sexual assault.
His charges include 305 counts of raping a child, 356 counts of aggravated indecent assault against a child under 13, and 356 counts of indecent assault against a child under 13.
All the victims were under 13.
The assaults took place between 1998 and 2007.
Police finally began investigating Dale Hutchings when an 11-year-old girl accused him of putting his hand down her pants while she made him breakfast at his house.
As police investigated Mr. Dale Hutchings, other local children came forward and gave their accounts of abuse at his hands.
