On July 1st of 2007, 37-year-old Aaron A. Meinhardt was sexually frustrated.

When he was handcuffed, Aaron Meinhardt asked the arresting officer, “Am I allowed to satisfy myself? It has been a long time since I have. What am I supposed to do, just keep it in?”
He faces up to eight years in prison.
