On July 1st of 2007, 37-year-old Aaron A. Meinhardt was sexually frustrated.

Yeah, Police can enhance evidence, plant evidence, and/or even fabricate reports. Heck, I’ve lived in Los Angeles, Texas, and New York City–I’ve known a few cases where police have not been completely above board. And, unless, he was in the privacy of his own home, he was masturbating in public–a locker room is public, not private. If two young girls went into the men’s locker room (which the facts do not suggest!) and saw him masturbating– he should have stopped, immediately covered himself, instead of continuing; thus exposing himself to children for his sexual gratification.
There is no way of playing the facts that make his behavior acceptable at all. Blaming the girls is a despicable thing–they are not at fault! Blaming medications has no support, unless he was on viagra….
What Aaron did was inappropriate and criminal. Fortunate for him, he was found incompetent and in need of a guardian and hospitalization.

RIVERSIDE, Mo. — A Platte County man is accused of exposing himself to two 10-year-old girls at the Riverside Community Center Swimming Pool, prosecutors said.

Here’s the bottom line, MORON, and why the court docket is so important. A few days after he was arrested, Aaron was committed to a mental facility, where he has been to this day. That means not only the police, but psychiatrists also, found that he was so mentally ill he was a danger to himself and others. Exposing yourself to 10-year-old children qualifies as such. (Apparently, you haven’t gotten to that point yet, but you’re well on your way) He also has never been prosecuted for the crime he committed, which tells me that the mean old police department recognized how crazy he was and DID get him the help he need – in Aaron’s case, 24 hour care in a locked mental hospital. These are all documented facts which can’t be disputed.
So all of your arguments are just plain nonsense and you’re either ignoring things that seem very obvious to most of us or you’re in the midst of some kind of weird delusion. Most of the examples you tried to pass of on us as “facts” are highly suspicious. Many different animals masturbate. There’s a certain species of monkey who live for sexual stimulation of all kinds. That’s pretty much all they do. So, I’m not sure if I’m missing something or just plain stupid, but is Cheetah insinuating that Aaron attended college? And if that is the case doesn’t that completely moot the point the he is a complete imbecile? I spoke to the mom of a friend of my husbands who is a special education teacher and she told me that even people with the lowest of IQ’s are aware and informed about sex and retain the knowledge. To say Aaron had no knowledge of sex is incomprehensible, especially if he doesn’t live under a rock. Sex is everywhere; on television, billboards, radio, movies, newspapers, magazines, and bathroom stall walls…he knows about sex, otherwise he wouldn’t have known to gain release through masturbation.
An IQ of 70 is 2 standard deviations from the median, it is the legal cutoff for mental incapacity, but even given that fact it doesn’t excuse his behavior because if it did how did he manage to live on his own and survive? Humor is my mental shield. It always has been. Sometimes you have to break the terrible down into it’s ludicrous components and laugh at them so you can deal with them. In the midst of the most horrible things we can suffer, if we didn’t have our sense of humor we’d go mad.

Do you have access to a scanner? If not, can you get to a library or a Copymax and get the documents scanned? It doesn’t have to be as tough as you seem to want to make it.
I would have set up a PO box by now – they’re cheap, but I developed the ear infection from hell a couple of days ago, and It’s taken til today on antibiotics to stop hurting. I still can’t hear out of my right ear an I’m going nuts from the ringing. Now I know why babies are so crabby when they get one of these. I’ll tell, it’s scary when you find blood on your Q-Tip.

Ya know, Max, I wouldn’t be so trusting of CheetahInc….. How do we know he/she/it actually has original, genuine, or otherwise real documents pertaining to Aaron Amazing Public Solo Sex Adventure?
