Bryan James and Jessica Silveira
34-year-old Bryan James started biting the 3-year-old daughter of his girlfriend, 26-year-old Jessica Silveira, sometime in January.
Bryan James continued his biting attacks on this little girl until sometime in April.
Doctors that have examined the child have said that it is the worst case of abuse they’ve ever seen, with bite marks all over the girl’s face and body.
The little girl will need extensive reconstructive surgery both now and later on in life. Her ear had been so mutilated that doctors can’t fix it.
Silveira’s little girl also lost a substantial part of her upper lip to Bryan James’ teeth.
Bryan James and Jessica Silveira have been held without bail after being arrested on July 4th while driving.
Bryan James did some fighting when he was arrested, and the officers involved had to get a little rough with him, as you can see in his picture.
A friend of Jessica Silveira, Lena DaSilva had an idea why Jessica would allow this abuse to happen to her little girl:
Maybe right now she is scared. How do you know he didn’t threaten her? I’ve seen him hit her; I’ve seen him spit in her face. I have heard him threaten her. Maybe she is scared of him.
Eric Offley, the little girl’s biological father said that he wasn’t surprised, that he knew Bryan James from the street and knew what he is capable of.
Child services, of course, was nowhere to be found.

If the father knew what the boyfriend was capable of why didn’t he petition for custody? It also appears as if the father isn’t that classy of a fellow either considering he hadn’t visited his daughter in four months and didn’t know about the abuse. I just love how dead beat dads jump on band wagons but never stepped up to the plate to prevent something from happening.

Eric Offley is a level 3 sex offender…..another loser. This why he wouldn’t of been able to be around his daughter. It sucks for this little girl. I hope she can finally have peace when her mother and that loser are behind bars for good!!!
If, as Jessica’s friend claims, she (Jessica) was so scared of this guy’s violence then why didn’t she try to get help? Or at least get her child to a place of safety? I’m sorry but all this ‘i was too scared’ drivel doesn’t wash with me. It was her duty as a mother to keep her child safe from harm. As for Bryan, put this nasty bastard in a tankful of hungry piranhas, lets see how he enjoys being bitten!!
Oh what a surprise… Yet another inadequate female that rates her sex life more important than her child. Ok i know this story is old but this is the first time i saw it. Why the fuck would u get off on biting a fucking child? Mom is a damn idiot too. First she gets with a sex offender whom she has a kid with then gets with a child abuser….send these 2 to Iraq and let them fight with no freaking weapons or pay!!!!
I remember this story b/c I was living in Boston at the time…it was huge news up there. The skumbag boyfriend was sentenced to 12-15 years and the piece of shit mother was given 10 years probation. Fucking travesty. Only 12-15 years for permanently disfiguring a child? And the mother gets no jail time at all for covering up the horrible abuse of her child. Disgusting.
