John Geoghan
What happens to pedophiles in prison?
This is an interesting video posted on YouTube of Joseph Druce being extracted by correctional officers from the cell of 68-year-old convicted child molester John Geoghan, a former priest.
The urgency of the officers’ actions, which is so evident in the video, is because Joseph Druce is, while the officers are outside the door to this cell, beating, kicking and strangling John Geoghan to death.
It’s really too bad that the officers couldn’t get the door to the cell open sooner.
John Geoghan, ordained in 1962, was one of those priests that the Boston Catholic authorities passed around from church to church, because he couldn’t keep his hands off little boys.
Over a 30-year career and after serving in six parishes, John Geoghan was accused by more than 130 people of sexually molesting them. He was defrocked in 1998.
He was convicted in January of 2002 for grabbing a 10-year-old boy’s butt while swimming at a local Boys and Girls Club in 1991, and sentenced to nine to ten years in prison.
Obviously he didn’t serve the time, but I think justice was done, regardless.

And justice is served. Guess he didn’t think about the fact that there are parents in jail that don’t think to highly of pedophiles.
Awesome shit! It gives a person hope that justice can and will be served, even if it is a little slow.
Whats the oscar buzz on this movie.
One of my friends is a prison guard and if a prisoner starts acting out, he’ll threaten to tell the other inmates that the guy is a chi-mo. Pedos are the most hated criminal in the country, inside and outside of the prison walls. It’s not just inmates who are parents who hate these guys, it’s all inmates and the guards, too. It isn’t only law-abiding citizens who think children are precious, even hardened criminals who are incarcerated for offenses not involving children believe the same thing. Even the most hardened murderer can be swayed by the innocence of a child, which is such a precious thing, if someone does something to mar that in even the smallest way, someone else will avenge that heinous act somehow. It’s poetic justice, I think
I was thinking its a little bit of a set up….As if its going to take 6-10 officers 4 and a half minutes to open the door that they have the key to…..coincidence hey…
Good riddance! I think they could have let it last much longer. Same goes for the rest of his cronies involved in illegal acts primarily against young males!
