I hate to be the one to say this but when not if, when he gets out he will probably murder the next child he takes, so there will be no witnesses against him. He basically told the authorities "Look i think theres nothing wrong with performing oral sex on a child" Then they release this sick fuck from jail to molest some more kids. If i was the parents of those two young boys i would sue everyone from the person letting him back on the street to the psychologist that he said to being a pedaphile wasn.t wrong. This walking time bomb is a nightmare waiting to happen. Also i'd sue the judge's that handed him ridiculous sentences of 12 month for assaulting a child.
