Jeff Doland, an employee of the local school district, was one of the nutty ones.
He offered what he thought was a mother in Florida $550 if she would let him torture her 9 and 12-year-old girls by dunking them under water long enough to render them unconscious. He said that he liked the bubbles.
Yes, that’s right.
Jeff Doland gets off on the idea of drowning children.
For several months, starting in April, federal agents chatted with Mr. Doland, while he would tell them how much he enjoyed torturing children, often sending pictures of children being tortured in exactly the same manner that he promised he would employ with these two fictitious girls.
Jeff Doland arranged to meet the “mother” in Florida, hopped on a plane and walked right into the hands of federal law enforcement agents, where he admitted what he was there for.
For those of you who think this was some kind of entrapment deal, let me check off some points.
Jeff Doland made specific plans to commit this crime.
He negotiated the price.
He showed up exactly when he was supposed to.
He told another officer his plans when he got off the plane.
He even admitted that the purpose of these actions was to get off sexually.
Now Jeff Doland faces 45 years in prison, charged with the selling or buying of minors and promoting the sexual performance of a child.
According to one of his neighbors, Eileen O’Neill:
I never would’ve guessed he would’ve been capable of something like that.
Well, we can see how this would fly under the radar, really.

He is a sick person! HE use to be married to my aunt. I never knew he was like that. I just hope he never did anything to my cousin.
If your cousin is a female, and was anywhere within the ages of 7-8 and 12-13 when this perv lived with her, then chances are real good that he molested her. Assuming that he is the stepfather. If he is the bio father, the chance drops a bit, but not enough that I would bet that she wasn’t molested.
But ya know what? Regardless if your cousin is male or female, regardless of age, he or she probably needs some serious help. You can’t live around such a pervert without some of his stink coming out and getting on you.
