This is 49-year-old Stuart Joaquin.
Hey, let me ask you something.
You’re living next to your brother and his four kids in New Ipswich, New Hampshire.
Your brother has left, taking one of the kids to camp while leaving the oldest boy, a 15-year-old, in charge.
At about 7 in the morning, you look out your window and see a car in your brother’s driveway that shouldn’t be there.
You ask yourself, “Now who can that be?”
So you get your husband and walk over to the house to check up on the situation.
You walk into the house, walk through it a little bit, and come across the door to the 11-year-old girl’s room.
As you enter this room, in your brother’s house, to check on the sleeping girl, you see this man, 49-year-old Stuart Joaquin, sexually molesting your niece.
Yes, you actually catch him in the act. It’s going on right in front of you.
So let me ask you. What would you do?
Well, that all happened on the morning of Tuesday, the 7th of August, 2007. Stuart Joaquin drove up to this family’s house, walked in, found the girl sleeping on her bed and sexually assaulted her. The aunt, noticing a car was sitting in the driveway, but knowing the father wasn’t home, walked over with her husband and caught Stuart Joaquin in the act.
While her husband talked to Stuart, she called the police.
Stuart just kind of stayed there until police arrived.
Now he’s in jail, charged with one felony count of burglary and one felony count of aggravated sexual assault.
He has a $25,000 bail, in case you wanted to bail him out.
Update:
On the 13th of May, 2008, Stuart Joaquin, who pled guilty to a single count of aggravated felonious sexual assault, was sentenced to four to 15 years in prison. This means that Stuart may be paroled after serving four years if he completes the prison’s sex offender treatment program - which is about as rigorous as sitting down in a large, comfortable couch.
According to a counselor at the Child Advocacy Center, the girl slept through the assault and later told that counselor that she did not remember being molested.

I have heard the same thing about the person Mr. Joaquin was living with on Ashby Rd. in New Ipswich last year…another unconvicted child molester roaming our town.
Wasn’t he also running for some type of public office here in town? I hope and pray he’s the next one in jail. I think that guy is more twisted then Joaquin….if that’s even possible. His wife was smart….left him a longggg time ago.

No one is doing anything about it because it’s a community of “Finn” people. They hold themselves higher ranked then the rest of the population and keep themselves out of the news when it comes to things like this. They ban together and protect each other, even when they know it’s wrong, just so it won’t “Marr” their Finn reputations. I recently heard that Joaquin is still sitting in Valley street jail and still has NOT been sentenced as of today March 14, 2008. I also learned this other person running around naked with little boys is doing it mostly with his brother and cousins children. He himself is the same age as Joaquin and has no children of his own. I sent a long detailed letter to the New Ipswich police about him….they told me they are “watching him”. Another words, someone from his church’s congregation is paying them to leave “one of their own” alone. Sick, sick, SICK!!!!!!

Yeah, normal people would have at least grabbed the girl before leaving to go get their gun! Sounds like this neighboor was an idiot. But at least she did call the police. Way to many people are ignoring child abuse these days!

I think i would have taken the girl from the room and then locked Stuart, Myself and bit of 4×2 in the room…..
This idiot will be out in no time doing the same thing again. But a few good hits to his gonads with the 4×2 and he wont be feeling very sexual towards anyone for a long time.
