You always get a bad feeling when you go to the dentist, and this could be why.
48-year-old Albert Cabrera had a little family get-together on March 18th of 2007 in his home, after taking his family out to a local Mexican restaurant.
Everyone was having a good time.
A lot of alcohol was consumed, and some pool was played.
Cabrera’s daughter evidently had a little too much to drink, and started to feel sick.
She stumbled into the bathroom to throw up, but didn’t make it. She passed out and collapsed on the bathroom floor.
Before she passed out, the girl remembered seeing her dad in the bathroom with her.
The next thing she could recall was lying down on a bed in her half-sisters bedroom, half-naked.
Her father, Albert Cabrera was having sex with her.
Understandably, this caused her to black out again, but not before she heard her dad say, “I can’t believe I’m having sex with my own daughter.”
A few hours later, the girl woke up in the same bed with her clothes on all wrong, and she went to the police.
Detectives set up a phone conversation between the girl and Albert Cabrera, where she brought up the fact that she thought he had…maybe…had sex with her?
She stated that she was drunk at the time and didn’t want to have sex with anyone, much less her own father.
Detectives, listening in and recording everything, waited eagerly for his reply.
You’d expect Albert Cabrera to deny that he’d done anything. Maybe he would suggest she was seeing things.
Nope!
Mr. Cabrera told his daughter that she had been sending him signals for a long time that she’d wanted this to happen, and suggested that perhaps she wanted to have sex with him as a way of father-daughter bonding.
It’s on tape, folks.
Albert Cabrera was charged with one count each of incest and raping a person under the influence of a controlled substance.
A hearing is set for September 10th of 2007.
His license to practice dentistry has been challenged by the Attorney General and will probably be revoked.

The lawyers did no wrong. And about CARMEN VALERIA MIRANDA fleeing to SOUTH CAROLINA; she has three small daughters she needs to protect from their father who is a convicted rapist! I’ve put up with this campaign in support of Albert Cabrera for several weeks now, and I’ve finally had it. First of all, I believe there are only two parties involved, one in LA and one in San Francisco. Relatives of the good doctor maybe?
The two IP addresses involved are actually responsible for every post in support Dr. Cabrera made in the last three to four weeks. Jane’s initial statement to her husband Daniel was of an ATTEMPTED rape: Jane told Daniel (Daniel’s testimony to DA investigator Arthur) that while her father attempted to rape her she kicked him and ran outside of the house (RT 180-181.) Deputy DA Shumate & DA-collaborator Wagner admitted there is NO DNA evidence in this case (RT 674; RT 629(4), 654(10), 661.” As in the US v Marshank (Cal. 1991) 777 F.Supp. 1507 and Boulas v Superior Court (1986) 188 CA3d 422 Courts, [government collaboration with defendant's attorney during investigation and prosecution of defendant violated defendant's 5th & 6th Amendments rights requiring Dismissal of indictment.]
The court in Riverside made denial reasons which are totally contrary to the facts by denying based on not having filed form MC-275. Exhibit O shows defendant did file MC -275 and the court stamp it. The arbitrariness in court is related to extreme PUBLIC CORRUPTION which attempts to protect corrupt Wagner, Shumate, Judge Paul Dickerson, III–see Renewed and Addendum Motions of June 2012. Riverside Law Enf. is obliterating constitutional safeguards, in the same way Mr. Assad is doing in Syria. But, with the information above, is good to continue to think monster Cabrera is guilty.

How did you get that information Blee Midds! I guess rapist Cabrera is trying to appeal his case but seems Riverside Law Enf. will even use FALSE reasons to deny him. Law Enf. is not supposed to make court decisions but in Riverside County they influenced Paul Dickerson, III to convict Cabrera WITHOUT DNA evidence (see their names in Ground 10 of Habeas.) Evidence in transcripts show Judge Paul Dickerson, III did allow both prosecutor Shumate and corrupt Wagner of Temecula to jointly prosecute Cabrera by BOTH introducing FALSE evidence under the protection of the judge. Jane testified at Prelim four months before trial that she was NOT given any medications (RT 51(28) by Cabrera, BUT you can see BOTH Shumate & Wagner introducing FALSE evidence to the jury, under the cover of Judge. I still tend to believe Cabrera may be guilty, BUT just don’t be caught in the hands of CORRUPT Sheriffs and defense attorney Wagner of Temecula who takes your money but sells you out to the Sheriffs and DA. In trial Wagner represented DA Investigator Gordon and even collaborated with Shumate and the Judge to use Gordon as DEFENSE witness–that’s pretty outrageous!! (RT 200-215; RT 293-301; RT 559-561.) According to the law, the judge did NOT hold the prosecution to its burden of proof by allowing Wagner to abandon his own client’s defense. In other words, with DA-collaborator Wagner prosecuting his own client Cabrera WITHOUT DNA evidence, any body can be found guilty because the judge had a mind-set to find Cabrera guilty as directed by the Sheriffs. Wagner to the jury: “Even presupposing if you just threw everything Mr. Cabrera said out, and that’s why I’m telling you, I’m not saying you should do that, obviously. But even if you wanted to throw that out. Even if you didn’t believe anything Mr. Cabrera said on the stand” (RT 651-652(27-28.) In US v Wilson 16 F.3d 1027 the court held: “A trial judge’s participation my, however, over-step the bounds of propriety and deprive the parties of a fair trial.” By strict law a judge MUST remain impartial, meaning that he cannot take sides or advocate for either the prosecution or the defense. When the jury deliberates to make a decision the judge cannot comminicate with the jury directly or indirectly. But, Judge Paul Dickerson, III did not have defense attorney Wagner to stop him, Paul Dickerson, III: “When you go to the jury room,…if you need to communicate wtih me while you are deliberating, please send a note, through my deputy” (RT 689-690.) That is prejudicial and the judge can be kicked out of his Murrieta office for that advocacy and for preventing Cabrera from cross-examining Jane on false allegations forced by both Wagner and Shumate (Code of Judicial ethics Canon 1(6.) The Judge also allowed for evidence to be FABRICATED in Reporter’s transcripts (RT’s, Ground 28.) The above information does not change much, I still believe Cabrera may be guilty. Previous DA Shumate was used by DA’s office to unconstitutionally convict Cabrera and was quickly removed. He now works for a law firm in Redlands. Who knows rapist Cabrera may be assassinated by the joint collaboration of Sheriffs, Parole, Court and corrupt Wagner for filing legitimate information found in transcripts with the court. Just remember, one out of every 6 people will be arrested. Riverside Sheriffs DO NOT believe in your constitutional rights. Be careful. But Cabrera is probably guilty.
