All this hoopla about Albert Cabrera started with “dr. maldado’s” post on April 27, 2010. I did some investigating into the statements “dr. maldado” made and there are numerous errors (surprised?). “Maldado” is not a real surname; it doesn’t exist and there is no “Dr. Maldado” listed with the Medical Board of California or in any other state in the U.S., therefore the credibility of this person is pretty poor. Albert Cabrera is not innocent; he was found guilty by his own admission of the crime on audio tape. The victim name is not EVELYN GARCIA McCASLAW and she is not 29 years old; she is much younger. The victim has never been convicted of a DUI or of Child Endangerment. The victim has no criminal background whatsoever. The victim was never bribed by CARMEN VALERIA MIRANDA to lie against Cabrera. CARMEN VALERIA MIRANDA was not Cabrera’s Domestic Worker, she was his Domestic Partner and they have three young daughters all with the surname of Cabrera. The victim never had a grudge against Cabrera for not marrying her mother; the victim didn’t even know Cabrera existed until her late teen years. The victim had been raised by her mother and step-father that she considers as her real father, not Cabrera. It is true that while Cabrera was incarcerated that CARMEN VALERIA MIRANDA emptied bank accounts, maxed out credit cards, and sold property that belong to Cabrera, but she did not forge anything. CARMEN VALERIA MIRANDA was Cabrera’s legal Domestic Partner and her name was legally on everything; the bank accounts, credit cards, and property. One can’t steal from themselves. Regarding the lawyers, well, let’s face facts here: lawyers aren’t free or cheap! On the onset of the trial, Cabrera had the lawyers that he claims robbed him, representing him. However at the end of the trial, Cabrera had a Public Defender representing him. Why? Because the money ran out as fast as CARMEN VALERIA MIRANDA did and lawyers don’t work for free! The lawyers did no wrong. And about CARMEN VALERIA MIRANDA fleeing to SOUTH CAROLINA; she has three small daughters she needs to protect from their father who is a convicted rapist! Thank goodness she had the common sense to run and hide from this demon spawn monster! CARMEN VALERIA MIRANDA AND HER MOTHER AIDA were once illegal in this country, but so was Cabrera! Cabrera was born in Guatemala and was in the U.S. illegally for many years; becoming a legal resident before graduating dental school. That was the main reason why the victim’s mother did not marry Cabrera when she got pregnant by him; she would not let Cabrera use her for a Green Card and she happily chose instead to be a single mom with the victim. So there you have it folks, the whole truth, so help me God. Unfortunately, Cabrera was released from prison a few months ago and his whereabouts are unknown at this time.
