You’re watching the typical prison conflict with hispanics and blacks not getting along.
To capture the attention of the combatants, stinger grenades are used.
Stinger grenades are like flash-bangs, but they contain many little balls that are flung every which way when the stinger grenade is activated and tossed into a room full of uncooperative inmates.
They hurt a lot.
