Daniel Twomey has to be feeling pretty low.

He’s the guy who, on was caught on surveilance video encouraging a toddler to slip under a convenient swinging door to a New Jersey boardwalk arcade and steal a purse left out by one of the workers nearby. The surveillance video was taken on the 23rd of September, 2007, just after midnight.

52-year-old Daniel Twomey can be seen on the videotape pushing his 4-year-old granddaughter under the door with his foot. Once the little girl has the purse, Mr. Twomey picks up his granddaughter and walks out of the arcade.

Thanks to a hacker who managed to get into Bluehost’s server #273, People You’ll See In Hell was down for more than 24 hours.

A neighbor of Hanna Mack’s family has been charged with the first-grader’s murder.

Shaun Earl Arender, a 19-year-old unemployed construction worker, has been arrested and is being held on a 2.5 million dollar bond in the local jail.

Shaun Earl Arender’s DNA has been matched with biological samples collected from the shirt that 6-year-old Hanna Mack was wearing at the crime scene where her body was found hanging in her family’s garage on the 10th of September.

Shaun Arender’s DNA was also matched with blood that authorities found on a kitchen knife found inside the girl’s house.

Groping For God

20-year-old Nicholas Jason Nolting was arrested on Tuesday, the 25th of September, 2007 for engaging in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.

A police officer came across the 14-year-old girl and Nicholas Nolting while they were groping each other inside his Nissan pickup at 4 in the morning on the 11th of July. The girl admitted to what they were doing, but insisted she was 17…for a while. After a while she admitted to being only 14.

They say that anyone who defends himself has a fool for a lawyer.

Robert Black was one of those people that - even as a kid - you knew he would end up in jail at the very least.

Given up by his factory worker mom when he was just six months old, Robert Black ended up being raised by a foster family, Jack and Margaret Tulip, who were both in their fifties and had fostered several children already.

On the 18th of March, 2007, a 19-year-old woman was outside the popular Platforms Dance Club in Providence, Rhode Island. The bouncer was doing his job and wasn’t about to let her into the club, as she was visibly drunk.

37-year-old Marcus Huffman, an on-duty police officer working the area, came across the young lady and offered her a ride home in his squad car. Relieved that she wouldn’t be stranded outside the club by herself, she accepted and hopped into his police cruiser.

13-year police veteran Marcus Huffman didn’t drive the woman home. Instead, he drove her to an unmanned police substation and raped her.

Apparently the body of 3-year-old Niveah Gallegos has been located by searchers on the bottom of a shallow ravine near a bike path and within view of nearby homes.
