35-year-old Clarence Dean is a popular man. Everyone seems to want a piece of him.
When you consider that Clarence Dean has been in and out of jails and prisons in multiple states and has a rather lengthy criminal record, maybe someone, somewhere should have fitted him with an electronic transmitter of some kind, so he could be found easier.
So who wants Clarence Dean?
Ask deputies in Alabama. They issued a warrant for Clarence Dean when they learned he had moved out of Alabaster, Alabama motel without notifying anyone. Convicted sexual offenders can’t do that.
Clarence Dean is a registered sexual offender in both Florida and Alabama. And to be a sexual offender in those states, you really have to do something evil.
Mr. Dean’s method of entry onto the sexual offender list was his 1994 molestation and abuse of a girl under the age of 12 in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Ask the police department in Clarksville, Tennessee. They started looking for him after a woman that Clarence Dean met over the internet filed a complaint that he had withdrawn all the money from her bank account and driven off in her car on the 13th of August, 2007. An arrest warrant was issued for Dean in Montgomery County, Tennessee on the 23rd of August.
Clarence Dean was already in New York.
Specifically, he was in the Hotel Carter, a rather seedy hotel on West 43rd Street that Clarence stayed at for two weeks before checking out on Wednesday, the 29th of August, 2007.
It’s not really odd that Clarence Dean stayed at the Hotel Carter; it houses a lot of transients and drifters. What’s odd is what he left behind.
The day after he left, a hotel maid found a very unpleasant present that Dean had left hidden under his bed, wrapped in two plastic garbage bags.
It was the rigid corpse of a 20-year-old white female, about 5′11″ tall and weighing 130 pounds. She was missing her right index finger, but that happened before she met Clarence Dean.
Surprise!
Nobody knows who she is as of this writing, but authorities have eliminated the possibility that she was a guest at the hotel.
An autopsy revealed that the dead woman had been beaten severely and strangled to death.
Clarence Dean was caught by police shortly before eight in the evening on Friday, the 31st of August.
As he was being escorted downtown on Saturday, the 1st of September, he mumbled feebly, “I was protecting myself.”
According to U.S. Marshal Mike Reebals, Clarence Dean loves to meet women on the internet, and is a “real sweet talker.”
Apparently.

I have met this seedy little bastard, he was a customer where I work. Scary stuff, the woman he was staying with that I know is very lucky to survive her time with him.

Sherry contact me in ref to him being a customer of yours and David do the same, we need everyone’s help to stop this monster and try to recover from this

Update on this- Dean has been charged, he is not going anywhere soon. Krisses family has been notified and we are working with the prosecution to insure that Dean has a terrible stay while he’s alive, and when he dies (a nice 20 year stint in hell jail would be a good start) of cancer of the heart he can then begin his lifelong sentence in Hell.
I wish my identity to remain closed because whats done is done, and we dont want any loose lips or problems to arise with Dean defense. Rest assured Jason, this monster will not be free again. Justice will be served. This has been a brutal week for the people close to Kristine.
Sherry yes the lady from Tenn is lucky- just goes to show you- where a monster can turn up. Thank you for the support.

I also knew Kristine. She was one of my best friends in high school. Kris will be missed by many who knew and loved her. David, I am so sorry. This living piece of garbage has a special place in hell reserved for him. I hope they throw the book at him and he rots for what he did to her. You might remember me, D, I still live in the Pacific Northwest, and see and speak with Crispin regularly.
Much condolences, M

thanks Meredith, I remember you, didn’t you live in a closet with Kriss and a rabit? We can only hope its a heavy book, not just for Kriss but for the rest of the humans on this planet.

David, no rabbit, but my parents let her stay at our house when she was having problems at home when we were teens. They often took my friends in, treating them like children of their own. Kris gave me my first deck of Tarot cards in 1990. One of the last times I saw her was right before she moved with you to NY. I regret not staying in touch, but at that time in our lives, we all were finding our own way. Thanks, M.

In a way the Tennessee woman is lucky, in another he has caused her just as much damage.Because of his sex offenses and his lies he has caused her irrepairable damage in her family. This woman has kids and grandkids and now custody battles are being fought. This poor woman knew nothing of his crimes or his background, but was a giving person and was trying to be a good samaritan by helping him in return for him working for her and now she is in hell. What none of you know is that Clarence’s brother is just as guilty as him of the murder! After the woman contacted his brother about all of the thefts at her house, his brother aided and abetted him by taking him money and a new cell phone so he was able to meet that poor woman and murder her. His brother is backing him and always has and always will. His family denies all his wrong doing and claims that he is being framed, yeah right! Even his lewd act with a 9 year old girls in Florida does’t phase them. He has poor women that are “in love” with him scattered between Florida and Texas, he has a little boy in Texas and a girl in Florida. I wonder if these poor children will have his tainted genes? Do we have more future felons on the rise? David you may want to look into the brother for some kind of restitution, he enjoys paying for Clarence’s mistakes and he has very deep pockets.

I knew Kris pretty well too, from around 7-8 years ago when I was working in New York. She was always really friendly and an undoubtedly bubbly person, with head-turning looks and a beautiful smile. I always had fun hanging out with her and the band. I’m really shocked and saddened that this happened to her. I lost touch with her when I moved back to the UK, and everyone I asked in NYC hadn’t heard from her for a long time.
David - had you heard much from her recently? I might drop you an email, if thats OK. My condolences, I’m still shaken at the news, I can only imagine how you feel.

Hell for this piece of human waste.
Heaven for Kris. I knew Kris as well, she gave me a little scroll in a metal tube years ago, which I dug out recently. She said I needed it for protection. It was one of the most sincere and sweet gestures at that time in my life. I’m sorry to David who I casually knew. I almost wish I hadn’t read anything bad about what happened with Kris. My memories of her are those of sweetness.

I am a family member of Kris. I wish not to say who I am because I will be testifying on behalf of Kris. I thank you all for the kind words you have said about Kris. As for the preditor, he is in jail awaiting the trial. The trial should be scheduled sometime around Sept. of 2008. The preditor will remain in jail until the trial ends. There is evidence that the Prosecuting Attorny is gathering against this dark spirt. I wish I could say more, but I’m waiting to tell the story of the beautiful Kristine on the stand in front of the jury. Kris is at rest by her Mother here on earth and in heaven. I will fight to keep this preditor in prision with until the very last breath leaves my body.

I just can’t even express how it warms my tiny, cold heart to see that there are people relentlessly pursuing this POS. Instead of supporting the POS.
It’s nice that so many people have stated what a good person the victim was, here and on other sites. It’s tiring to keep reading posts by people trying to downplay the perps responsibility by trashing the victim.
There are so few cases where an atty makes the victim look like a loser…. I’m glad that’s not been the case here, and I hope that isn’t the defense this fall.
When you have that many people supporting you, and seemingly nobody to sling mud on you… one can only hope that any prosecution is effective.
I am not generally a mushy/romantic/emotional person, but based on the comments of people who knew the victim- this really does affect me.
As in the Tenn ‘date-carjack-torture-murder case’, it needs to be noted that as far as I can tell, not one negative thing has been said about the victims, even by the perp’s family… which is rare.
Not meaning that anyone else who is abused/murdered is less than that- it’s just surprising when nobody comes out of the woodwork to accuse the victim. Maybe they just haven’t gotten here yet.
While I’m sorry this woman was murdered, it does make you think. If after you’re murdered (or dead by natural causes) nobody has a reason to speak ill of you- isn’t that something most people would want?
It says a lot about you.
I’m not so lucky. While I think nobody would be rude enough to interrupt a burial, I’m pretty sure there are a couple of people who would love to spread untrue gossip about me when I’m dead.
So, I really think that’s something- that nobody is trashing the victim. Hopefully justice will kick up her heels and hurry the trial.

Bettie reply on April 15, 2008:
Hmmm, and which one of the perps family members are you glorybug? Maybe everything that could be said about the victims has been said, maybe they are good people that truly were victims of a depraved little person that sought pleasure in harming others for their own benefit and pleasure. Maybe the perp just finally went one felony too far, God knows this wasn’t his first and if he doesn’t get the death penalty, guaranteed it won’t be the last. And why would you want anyone to speak ill of the dead, they are being judge for any sins they may have by a higher being, why worry what vindictive closed minded humans think? Your post is veiled with a certain quality that I find felonius. I am sure there are a few people that love telling the world every little misdeed that you have done, the question is, is it gossip or is it truth that you may not be able to be strong enough to admit to. If you can’t face what you have done then don’t do it. Simple isn’t it. Don’t cry wolf, you may just get eaten. Intelligence is always easy to spot, so is artificial intelligence……………………

penny reply on April 15, 2008:
Bettie- are you sure you can read? Glory seems surprised, like much of us are that only the family of the victim have made comments here. If you read regurally, you’d know that the attackers family usually are the first to comment about how wonderful the jerk was. I have to admitt, that while reading this, I assumed the girl was probably a prostitute or drug abuser, I dont know why, but that was what came to mind. After reading her loved ones posts, I realized that I had jumped to an unfare opinion, and that even if she were that way, she still is a human and didnt deserve the things he did to her.
To sum up, you shouldn’t talk about other peoples intelligence, when you may be lacking yourself.

Bettie reply on April 16, 2008:
Ah As the worm turns………. obviously you lack the intelligence on the reason for my last post, which in my opinion, you do not need. Let’s just say that the poster knows why I posted my comment, even if you don’t. This is not a tit for tat forum in my opinion and maybe you should reread the post. What Kris did or was is of no concern since the ultimate wrong befell her. And yes his family touts his innocence and his circumstances that led to his arrest just like town criers, but in the end to what purpose? I knew the perp, have spoken to his brother, and was involved with the hunt for him, so unless you have inside knowledge of what I speak about, please don’t question my intelligence with what you are passing off as knowledge of this crime or the intentions of posters.
Penny reply on April 16, 2008:
Bettie- it is now clearly obvious that you may be able to read, but not comprehend. I have not stated that I knew any of the facts about the case, and I have know knowledge of the crime, other than what I have read here. So what the hell are you talking about. I dont know where your comming from, but thats probably because your post are alot of double talk about nothing!
Exactly! Now leave it at that and move on with your 2 cents Penny

Penny reply on April 16, 2008:
Bettie- Let me tell you how this works. You read the article, then if you feel inclined, you leave a comment. Got it. Then the button “reply” is for others to comment about what you wrote. If you dont wish to have people reply to your comments, don’t post here, because that is what we do. The beauty of it is that we all get to have our own opinions and say what we feel like. What fun would it be if we all agreed?

Yet, you continue to reply, you seem to be confused. By the way, the point is that we all dont have to agree.

Well, that was a little bizarre, to say the least.
I guess people just read what they want to read when they have a preset agenda. Kind of funny how someone throwing the ‘intelligence word around somehow managed to completely miss the content of my comment- yet Penny didn’t seem to have a problem comprehending what I’d said.
And, while Penny and I probably may have differences of opinion on several topics, it doesn’t affect our ability to recognize what the other is expressing.
You- eh, not so much. I didn’t understand much at all of what you wrote to me, nor did I see what possible reason you had to vent on Penny, especially when you clearly misread what she wrote, also.
Perhaps you should reread my original post. And then I’ll clarify- I in no way meant that this victim HAD any dirt to be dug up. Quite the opposite. I thought the comments by the family members were inspiring. I was surprised, and glad that none of the perps had come here to trash the victim and praise the perp, the implication being that she must indeed have been a very special person, since so many other good people/victims are slandered by the loser POSs.
“Your post is veiled with a certain quality that I find felonius. Oh, dear. And now I’m felonius? Darn. ‘Cuz I thought I’d been avoiding that. You misunderstood what I wrote about myself. I can’t really imagine personally that anyone would have anything bad to say about me on my death. I don’t have any secrets, and I don’t have any enemies. That wasn’t my point. My point was that it seems like there are always quite a few people who enoy gossip and slander, which is apparent on this site where so many family/friends of perps show up to defend their POS by bashing the victim. They can’t lessen the evilness of who they’re defending, so they try to lessen the goodness of whoever they beat/molested/killed.
“Let’s just say that the poster knows why I posted my comment, even if you don’t. This is not a tit for tat forum in my opinion”.
Well, you’d be wrong about that, because I have no clue why you posted such a weird and inappropriate reaction to my comments.
I wasn’t aware of the fact that you’ve been on this forum long enough to have your opinion of what it’s ‘for’ to be of any importance. Not to mention that I think it’s pretty rude for you to address Penny the way you have. Being a teensy bit respectful of the people who have been on the forum longer than you would at least hint at the supposed superiour intellect you seem to feel you’re blessed with.
After reading all your comments, I’m pretty sure I understand- you’re ‘important’. You know ‘perps’ and their brothers, you were personally invoved with ‘hunting’ him down, and know important secrets and details about this case that other mere peons like ourselves never will. I get it. You’re important. So you can stop beating that dead horse now.

“What Kris did or was is of no concern since the ultimate wrong befell her.”
Sadly, you are absolutely wrong about that. It is quite obvious from the way her family and friends have written of her, that what she did and who she was is a very big deal. They shared stories that illustrated that. Whether she had died at 100, or had been murdered wouldn’t have affected that.
But she was murdered. And that POS needs to be punished for it. THAT’s what this forum is about, which you would have realized if you’d bothered to read any of it before you’d started babbling.

I check this website periodically on updates about the trial. I knew Kris a very long time ago, when she lived with David in Brooklyn. I had heard years later that she fell from a recreational drug user into an addict.
From what I remember about Kris, she was a tall slender girl with a big personality and lots of friends. I always got the sense that she was a bit lost, and could have used a bit more direction, but we were all young back then and probably did a lot of stupid stuff. What saddens me is that this cute girl with a lot of potential fell into deep drug use.
From my experience with drug users, once they get into it…not much else will stop then until they hit rock bottom. And they must do it on their own terms and time line.
It is very sad that this poor girl with lots more life in her and a beautiful smile went from a model to “a skinny crack whore” (as one article I read put it). She certainly was much more than a victim of some asshole. Unfortunately, Kris is not the first person whom I have met who had so much to give but fell into drug use for one reason or another. I just wish her rock bottom could have came before this asshole came around.
Please continue to keep us updated on the trial’s status.
Thanks.

I unfortunately and fortunately know Mr. Dean. Sadly he is the father of my 2 boys. I love my children with all my heart. I am so thankful to have them. Neither one of them knows much about their “sperm donor”. Only that he is a really bad person. I feel so terrible about what happened to that poor girl. It still puts a shiver up my spine and brings tears to my eyes when I think that this piece of human waste is the biological father of my 2 loving, respectful, and compassionate sons. It just sickens me. I already knew what a sick man he was. That’s why I ended everything when my oldest son was 2 1/2 and I was 4 mos. pregnant with my youngest son. The little girl he molested was my friends daughter. And I still think to this day that he might have molested my oldest son. I just hope he spends the rest of his life behind bars. Because as soon as he gets out he will just cause hell for someone else. He is a monster.
