With us we could write a book like I sed b4....cruel,twisted parents we had,and we don't go round beating are children!! Conditions like the ones described don't just happen overnight; it happens over months and years. They may not have, "meant any harm to the kids," but any sane parent should know that living conditions like those aren't exactly conducive (SP?) to a healthy upbringing (which I'm sure only aggravated the kids with medical conditions). Plus, the parents didn't exactly sound like Stable Mables themselves. Since this was an ongoing thing, I think they should have received a harsher punishment.
