I happened to be with both of them when they started their sentences round 2007 both in Plymouth and Norflok Corrections and neither seems like bad guys. Eric maybe but not James. I could not see them doing something like this, and from what I have seen in the documents they had about their case the case does not hold much water.

Thank you so much! I am forever grateful for all the support. You are correct, no one can bring back my dear LO but it would be gratifying to know the guilty are permanently behind bars, where they can not harm another person and cause a family to go through what we have been through....

good luck, i hope the guilty are proven so and the one who caught the blame or some of it is (the witness) is thrown off this case completely. your family deserves justice and although it has taken a long time, i hope the outcome is fulfilling. though nothing can bring back your loved ones, knowing these people cannot harm another family is the least the law can do for you. good luck again. <3

Don't you think it's a little more complicated than that?
We uniform our police officers so they stand out, bear a badge of authority and then we tell them to do a nearly impossible job of keeping us safe with a deck stacked against them. Good officers simply find a way to move on, bad officers and the prosecution that supports them find ways to cheat. That cheating is bad, but they find ways to fudge things because they feel an obligation to do so. There are those who do these things for very unethical reasons(we have a judge on here who coerced sexual favors and another pair who convicted teens for nothing because he had an interest in a new prison for child offenders), but do you really think the vast majority are as corrupt as the Casey Anthony(Italian) police and the OJ case? Perhaps the high profile case is what actually reveals the level of corruption, or the profile itself causes those who have a weakness to choose the wrong road.

Everyone did the mob guilty mentality with OJ Simpson's old case and Casey Anthony...Did that turn out as planned?

The biggest problem of all HERE is that people REFUSE to accept the fact that cops commit perjury, false defamation of character, evidence tampering and submit falsified witness / incriminating material without verifying any of it. Then prosecution tries to drum up, push, shove and badger or tell witness's what to say. Until the trial / appeals start and the liars show their tongue. Prosecution wheels out a huge a stack of mostly irrelevant garbage loosely correlated to character of the defendant. In hopes of conviction they need honest, truthful, ethical and moral police officers. They need the same with prosecution.
Then understand that at trial/appeals this is going be check, cross checked, rechecked later and a few more times.

We simply need honest, ethical, moral and truthful lawyers, politicians and cops. Did I think OJ / Casey A did it ? Yeah I kinda think so. The LAPD doctoring evidence, badgering witness's who just wanted it over regardless of verdict at many points and all of that added up to not guilty. I think the jury was also scared of another Riot after Rodney King with OJ's case.
How many of those have you even heard of!?!?!? ESPECIALLY here in MA/RI good fucking luck with that. Bye DiMasi, Bye The rest of em from here in MA and Rhode Island. It's so bad now a days even the PS majors are putting themselves in jail accidentally. We need more laws. more sentences, mores jails though? The only fucking criminals left IMO are the cops, polis and lawyers in death squad formations. But here's the catch - we are ALL WW2 europe Jews now if not one way then the other.
