Miriam Gallegos and Angel Ray Montoya Update
Apparently the body of 3-year-old Niveah Gallegos has been located by searchers on the bottom of a shallow ravine near a bike path and within view of nearby homes.
More information regarding the situation with Miriam Gallegos and Angel Montoya:
1) When police went to Miriam Gallegos’s apartment to pick up a picture of Niveah Gallegos, they noticed a paper towel with blood on it. This was the first clue that the situation wasn’t as simple as Miriam had explained.
2) Miriam Gallegos had been called at work by a frantic Angel Montoya, who refused to explain why she needed to leave in the middle of her shift at the Sports Authority and come home.
3) When Miriam arrived home, she found Niveah Gallegos unresponsive and not breathing. Instead of calling emergency services, they tried to perform CPR for a while. When it was clear that Niveah was dead, they decided to dump her body.
4) Niveah’s body was placed into a white trash bag and then a black trash bag. These trash bags were then put into a large duffle bag and carried out into the night by Angel Ray Montoya, who looked for a convenient place to put the body of a three-year-old girl who was worth about as much to her mother as a broken Nintendo 64.

I just had an IM telling me that an escaped prisoner is loose near my home and then I look at the tv and see they found Niveah. I am sitting here thinking….what kind of sick fk does that and what is wrong with our society? How could she be with someone who was a reg sex offender. Second thing…why was this guy out on the street? I guess she didn’t know….sure. I dnt buy that. He called her at work and she didn’t tell anyone there or act upset. She came home to find her baby dead and didn’t call for an ambulance. I would have gone insane. It just sickens my soul.
I dnt want to hear some “oh she was molested as a child” crap either. I was too and I have three kids and am married. I can’t imagine what that poor child went through. I hope that God took her swiftly to be with the angels and they will be judged by Him.

UGHHH!! DISGUSTING!!! DEATH PENALTY FOR BOTH- QUICKLY!! I DONT WANT TO FEED THESE TWO PIECES OF SHYT WITH MY TAX DOLLARS!! PUT EM IN FRONT OF THE FIRING SQUAD… MAY I PULL THE TRIGGER?
My heart and soul have never felt so sick and sad that this happened to this baby.
All I can say is that if they remain in jail, will someone kill them both!!!!
What woman allows any man like Angel to continue to live with her and her daughter, what kind of man
violates innocence.

i knew the mother and the little girl, but when i first saw them my only time seeing them she was a very rude person that did not give the poor baby any attention angel was then in jail when i was at the house where they were at. she was a cut lil girl that loved to laugh and sing
i knew this sick girl my friends were real good friends with her for several years never knew she could be this kind of person she basically put the guy first in this did not care about her daughter why would u leave a baby alone with someone who had a past like that what a idiot miriam ur a stupid bitch and i hope u suffer in every way possible was this guy really worth ur daughters life what a stupid bitch every time i hear about this story makes me wish i did beat ur ass long ago when i had the chance stupid hoe i hope you get everything thats coming to you and you know exaclty what katie this is glad ur back in jail see how you like being tortured you never loved ur daughter if you did u would have protected her from that monster who killed and not lied about
This post is very old but whatever. I just had to say that I have a broken N64, and I still love it. I eagerly await the day I find the missing part and can once again play Zelda without having to emulate it.
I definitely love the N64 more than this woman loved her kid.
angel was never that way when we were growing up togother iam so shcoked words just cant explane how awfull i feel for that poor baby .i grew up with the montoya family i dont know abot the mother but wow she is just as twisted as angel … iam so sick from just trying to believe he would ever do this…
@ tammey Im not sure how you knew Ray but you obviously did not know him that well because for 1, He was always a weird kid and teen, I knew him for MANY years and he way not your average “innocent kid” For 2. Nobody even called him angel very few people knew his first name was Angel unless maybe you went to school with him but even his friends called him Ray. For 3. Which Montoyas did you know because he does not have a whole lot of family here and all of his family have different last names!
As well as I knew Ray this did not surprise me… I know his family and though they are good people this man does not deserve to be free!!!!!!

It never ceases to amaze me when so-called family members show up and claim we’re all a bunch of idiots they; 1) Never make an argument other than ‘I knew him and he’s my family’, 2) think txt speak or all caps makes for a valid argument and 3) can’t spell a damn word, use punctuation, or form a coherent sentence. Yes, we, who can use logic and facts to make arguments are ‘dumb hoes’ and you’re the height of the intellecutal ladder.
I’ll go back to being a stupid piece of garden equipment now.
