If they didn't have sex, he should not be facing max charges; but even if they did, this should only be statutory rape, not 'life in prison child rape' and I hate to say it, but since when did they put any child sex dude in prison for LIFE? Hell even guys with 7 year olds might get just a few years, not LIFE. Also why would he be charged with sexual assault and sexually assault on a child. If it was consensual, they couldn't charge both. He needs to be real careful though. At least ONE state has life in prison for sex with a minor 13 and under(?) so one year difference in age could mean your life. ALSO quit fucking 14 year olds. I believe if she would have said to the guy on the net im 12yr's old he would have stopped speaking there and then so the girl is also responsible. its just a good job her mother was nosy enough to go on the computer and discovered what she did. it could have been a far worse outcome.
