Let’s face it.
You know it, I know it, everyone knows it.
Men are treated differently than women.
Take 30-year-old Michelle Tufts, for example.
If she had been born male and named Michael Tufts, she’d be facing a lot more time than she is now.
After all, if a 30-year-old man had cultivated a sexual relationship with a closely related 8-year-old girl, or boy, people would be yelling all day long to throw the creep into a pit and bury him there.
Well that’s exactly what Michelle Tufts did. She showed the 8-year-old relative some pornography and begged him to do some of those things to her. The boy refused and says that he tried to get away, but Michelle followed him to another room where she manipulated the situation to get what she wanted.
The boy, who thought that what Michelle had made him do was disgusting, told his grandmother, the grandmother told the police, and the police came and took away Michelle Tufts, who admitted to the police that this all took place.
On the 3rd of October, 2007, Michelle Tufts was arrested and charged with two felony counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child younger than 13 and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Michelle Tufts, despite her admitted molestation of an 8-year-old boy, is already setting the scene for her defense.
How, you ask?
Michelle’s claims of alcoholism, her feelings of loneliness and the sexual abuse she claims to have suffered as a child will be the keys to Michelle Tufts’s release.
How much do you wanna bet?

What a bitch. No child deserves that treatment.

I agree with above statement.

Stupid bitch. I have a son the same age as the victim and if any person, man or woman, dare to so much as molest a hair on his head, I’d personally rip their intestines out and connect said intestines to their mouths so that they would be forced to eattheir own shit for the rest of their lives.

You all are a bunch of morons. You know nothing of her and nothing of the circumstances.
I actually personaly know her and what problems she has had in the past. Yes she may have done this and No I do not belive she should recieve any leinency for what she has done. but you people damning other for what they do is not your job. that is for your god to do.
In truth I believe we will see all of you in hell to due to your self rioutious attitudes and hipocracy.

I actually knew Michelle way back in college and she was a very sweet, though easily influenced individual. She suffered at the hands of some super crummy circumstances and had a few folks in her life who really took advantage of her. I lost touch with her a long time ago, but I can see where she would end up misguided and allow herself to make poor decisions because of an obsessive thought pattern. After all, I saw it in her many years ago, and cannot see why it would change.
Thanks for defending her a bit, though!

Fuck her past. Nowadays everybody is claiming to have been suffering abuse of some sort in their past. Good excuse for the shit they do. It is up for god to judge her? God left this place a long time ago. She should rot in hell for this crap.

I have to agree, kephreN. I want to say that I’m really upset with her picture. I’d rather see her hair curly and not STRAIGHT! Goddammit what is WRONG with ppl?!
I wished she tried a different hairstyle, kephreN
kephreN, wish I could borrow your electric curling iron. Yes, the round circular one with the handle open tong. Plug it in and let it get really hot and we force her to give it a blow job and shove it down her throat whilst we grab a fist full of her hair with the left hand while shoving the hot curlers down her throat with the right hand.
ps
The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand does.

I personally know her also, guilty or not guilty is not ours to decide, nor is her eligibility for heaven or hell. She shall have her day in our court and then her day in God’s court. Judge not lest ye be judged.

By the by, She is facing a possible 30yr sentence.

Although what has been done was done. what about the family members that might be reading this? Did anyone think how this might affect them? NO!! and that is not ur place to damn her to hell. the court will do that.

It seems that the people are leaning towards Hell for Miss Tufts.
Sorry!
[Reply]
Well I am her sister, a family member. I’ll personally escort her to hell
[Reply]
Michelle doesn’t have a sister. Yes, she endured “problems” as a child (not my place to share). Yes, she was misusing “substances” (again, no details forthcoming). But I don’t feel that there ever is any excuse for anybody to damage a child or put him/her to harm. Ever. She & I were friends long ago, and I knew some of the progression (again, no details), but I wasn’t aware of the depths. Had I been around to see her (I’m many states away), I would have done something/called someone. And yes, her brother is quite upset by this–must you guys really make him feel worse??!?
[Reply]
WOW! Some people need to take a rest. If you don’t like what you’re reading, go somewhere else. If the family doesn’t like it, they can do the same. Personally, I am not judging anyone. I am simply expressing a view of whether or not I think or feel someone deserves hell. I’m not sending them there, for heaven’s sake. Just expressing a view and opinion that we all, as US citizens, have the right to do. Take a break.
[Reply]
Actually yes, every vote counts, and your vote could possibly be the vote that sends that person to Hell.
Rock the vote, people.

perfectly said michelle!

well i know this girl…my children know this girl, and the boy. i have a child the same age, also endured abuse as a child, and i as well have had very lonely times. i have to say that yes i have had the debate with myself about this “judging” her issue…and i have to say i cannot help but to pass judgment on her, and it is my opinion she will be in hell.

Thank you for your agreement and compliments, Mandy. We should be able to rid the world of these pedos. Perhaps we can do that here (lol)

dumbass yes she DOES have a sister if you knew her well enough you’d know that.
a step sister, we grew up together.
she flew out to see me this summer and destroyed my friggin life. how much you KNOW your “friend”
[Reply]
I forgive her. With my forgivance and with God’s…she’s not going to Hell..at least not for the mistake she made on September 1st. We’re saved by grace, and may God grant grace on all of us because we all sin and none are perfect.
[Reply]
I dont know the bitch and I dont want to know her ass. As far as I am concerned, the bitch should get her ass fried for that. She is sick. I am so glad the child spoke up for himself, otherwise her maggot ass would be free to do this again. If someone did something like this to MY child….I would beat their head soft!
[Reply]
Kelly, why don’t you go explain to that little boy just why you forgive her then. And why she’s not bad for doing that. And why the fact that he was violated was not that big a deal just because nobody is perfect.
[Reply]
Let’s see now.. this woman was abused in the past, so she gets a free pass to do such to another child?
Hmmm… some of my friends got a larger allowance than I when I was a child, so I was deprived. Given that my father has passed, should I go to the Social Security or welfare office as to retroactively collect my due allowance? Maybe if I get a good eniough lawyer I can male a killing on 30 years of compounded interest!

kelly—your an idiot…you sound like maybe you are guilty of the same thing!!

michelle–if only we could
[Reply]
It’s not our place to judge, especially because we (as the public) don’t know all of the story since it is an ongoing investigation. What if she was promised she could see her children if she admitted to that? What if she really was messed up at the time, but has since seeked help and has truely repented. I hope she gets the counciling she needs, and I pray that she doesn’t go to hell.

Sunshine, while you certainly do get around (I see that you have posted similar defenses of this POS on other websites as well as this one. Today must be your ‘defend-a-pedophole’ day, eh?), you don’t seem to keep up with the news. As of January 30, 2008…..
“A 30-year-old Las Cruces woman who was scheduled to go to trial Tuesday on charges of trying to molest an 8-year-old relative pleaded no contest to one count of attempted first-degree criminal sexual penetration of a child and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, the Sun-News reported in another story.
As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors dropped a second charge of attempted rape of a child against Michelle Tufts but there was no agreement concerning a possible sentence, the Sun-News said.
Tufts could face up to 10 1/2 years in prison when she is sentenced at a date that is still to be determined, the paper reported.
________________
Why would anyone plead no contest to ‘attempted first-degree criminal sexual penetration of a child and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor’ in order to be allowed to see ‘her children’? They don’t usually let confessed pedophile see their children, hmm? Especially since her agreement was in exchange for having the child rape charge dropped. More than likely, she’s guilty of the rape too (as well as other pedo charges nobody has knowlege of), and she just got the plead-down deal so many pedos sickeningly get offered.
So the whole- she admitted to false charges so she could see her kids is disgusting, but laughable.
You wonder if, maybe, she was messed up at the time? You think? Most people don’t have the urge to rape/molest anyone’s child, and would think that was, certainly ‘messed up’. But your point is, what? People who are messed up should get their hands slapped? Murderers ‘mess up’, too. Let them off with a warning?
You sound like maybe you know this POS. Sorry, if that’s the kind of people you hang with. Who cares if SHE has sought help, and REPENTED? Who cares if she gets counseling for HER evil choices? And, who cares if her ugly, child-abusing ass gets a little hot down there in hell? Not me. Once you stop messing up your own life, and start messing up a kid’s… I’ll provide the lighter fluid.
How about having a little concern for the ONLY victim here- the child she molested?
I hate the way it’s downplayed when boys are molested- like some ‘rite of passage’. Like people forget that this sets the stage for every other sexual experience they’ll have later, not to mention set the stage for all kinds of compulsions that will likely be permanent. And, if will affect the relationships anyone has with this person.
Given the choice of having a relationship with some man who’s first sexual experience was molestation, and one who’s first experience was at a developmentally normal age, with a consenting partner, I’ll choose the latter. Being molested isn’t a very good way to teach children good sexual techniques that their later adult partners will find particularly satisfying.
Save your sympathy for the real victim here. He’s the only one that actually deserves to get counseling.
