Dr. Mark K. Anderson
For some people, going to the dentist sucks even when the dentist doesn’t molest them.
48-year-old Dentist Mark Anderson has turned an otherwise simple profession into something a bit more complicated.
If you didn’t know what he’d done, if you just looked at a snapshot of his life, you’d think that Mark Anderson had it all. He made good money as a dentist, enough to support a wife and seven kids. He lives in a huge house in a nice neighborhood.
Not a bad life.
Although now…now you can bet that his good life is going to evaporate like the morning dew on a summer morning.
So far, twenty-seven women have accused Mark Anderson of fondling them while they were sitting in his examination chair.
Mark Anderson’s excuse for feeling the women up? Temporal mandibular joint disorders, or TMJ for short.
On the 27th of August, 2007, a 28-year-old female patient of Dr. Anderson’s was reclining in his dentist’s chair. She had made an appointment to be fitted for a mouthpiece that would hopefully stop the damage her nocturnal teeth grinding was causing. Dr. Anderson briefly massaged her neck, jaw line and upper chest before asking her, “Hey, did you get a breast augmentation?”
Somewhat surprised at the question, the woman answered that she had, indeed had some implants put in.
Mark Anderson replied, “They did a good job,” as he reached into her shirt and fondled her breasts for a few moments before slipping his hand under her bra and playing with her nipples.
While this may sound like a porn film, it’s really just off the police report. Bear with me.
Unlike the porn you may have watched, when the dental hygienist walked into the examination room, she didn’t strip down and join the dentist and his patient in a wild threesome. Dr. Anderson just quickly slipped his hands out of this woman’s shirt and went about his dental exam.
Eventually, two weeks after this strange encounter at the dentist’s office, the woman told her husband what had happened between her and Dr. Mark Anderson. Despite the fact that she and her husband had both been longtime patients of Dr. Anderson, they decided to find another dentist and go to the police.
The investigators asked the couple to call Dr. Anderson and talk about the alleged fondling while police listened in and recored the conversation. During that conversation, Dr. Anderson apologized for touching the woman’s breasts. He mentioned that during dental examinations for TMJ, it’s standard medical practice to check a patient’s upper chest and massage tight muscles.
An expert with the dental board disagreed, saying that if a dentist massaged a patient’s chest, it would be an extreme departure from standard medical practice.
That was all the police needed to arrest Dr. Anderson, which they did on the 13th of September.
He quickly posted bond and went free to continue his dental practice…for a while.
But more women came forward after hearing that someone had finally formally accused the good dentist of inappropriate fondling.
A 36-year-old patient of Dr. Anderson that came forward told authorities that after she had seen him for treatment of TMJ, Dr. Anderson had, on her final visit, cupped her breasts inappropriately.
Shocked for a while, she kept quiet about it. After a while, because she was still angry at being fondled, she wrote him a letter asking why he had groped her.
In response to her letter, Dr. Anderson sent the woman an apology card with a cartoon bunny rabbit on the front with the caption: ‘Ooops!’
Well, who wouldn’t feel better about it, after getting a card like that?
So far, Dr. Mark has been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery and one count of sexual battery. As the investigation into Dr. Mark’s chairside manner continues, more charges will be filed as they are found. He will have his first criminal hearing on the 25th of October.
Dr. Anderson’s license to practice dentistry has been revoked until the situation is resolved.
Because of Mark Anderson’s careless sexual assaults, his seven children and wife will now face not only public humiliation but also financial decimation as the main breadwinner of the family has his only source of income taken away.
That, in my mind, is why Dr. Mark Anderson deserves Hell.
That said, I’m hurt.
My dentist never felt me up in all the time I’ve been going to get dental care from the guy. It’s like my firm, manly breasts aren’t good enough for him or something.

So you’re saying you’ve got “moobs”?
Are you saying that you’re some kind of freak evolutionary dead-end?
Because if you don’t have nipples, that’s what you ARE.
A FREAK!
Wow, he should have checked me out!!!
Hell? Of course he is going to hell with all the other LATTER DAY SAINT/CULT practitioners out in the world!
I live in Woodland, I’ve been in his house, I used to be friends with be son, oh yea did I also mention I was his patient? Bottom line he was creepy as fuck.
Allowed to keep practicing? Sure, give him his license back, This is Woodland’s (54,000 pop) hot gossip, nobody will go back to his office ever again.
Dr. Anderson is my own personal dentist and i have always found him to be an upstanding health provider. I know and love him personally and find the court proceedings to be preposterous. He really is one of the kindest people I know.
Um- didn’t he admit to groping his patients? I mean, they got him on tape talking about it, didn’t they?
Well Leah, if you “know him and love him personally’ then you are deliberately trying to mislead us by saying that he is your “personal dentist”. People don’t love their DENTIST personally. At least normal people don’t. Maybe they really like them, but they sure as hell don’t have “personal love” for them.
So, that leads me to believe that you are in fact a relative or very close friend – not a patient. In which case you are hardly the unbiased “patient” that you want to be seen as. Following me so far?
Now, as a close friend or relative, we understand that you may have the tendency to engage in this thing called “denial”. It happens to a lot of people. However, by trying to lie to us, to misrepresent yourself, you have just lost whatever creds you might POSSIBLY have gotten.
And, even if he didn’t feel you up, maybe it’s because you are not his type? Have you let yourself go lately maybe? Maybe he thought you were too ugly? Or your boobs weren’t worthy of his creepy hands? Wow, if I were you, I think I would have to look in the mirror really hard – why didn’t he want you? (Or maybe it’s just because you are as dumb as a box of rocks?)
Well Mazzi, ever heard of a family friend? I was both a patient and a close friend. I did not claim to be “unbiased” in my post. Following me so far?
All I am saying is that I have always known him to be an upstanding friend, family man, AND dentist. So the abuse that he was convicted of is extremely hard for me to believe. I know you are convinced — because you’ve never met him or his family, and you know nothing outside of what this website has posted.
And as for the last part — haha. Nice try.
No no, Mazzi, we need to thank Leah for for her comment. You see, it seems Dr. Anderson and his Lawyer, Michael Rothschild, have gone to extraordinary lengths to limit media coverage of his trial. I can see why, since TWENTY SEVEN women came forward after the first reported molestation, and TWELVE are pressing charges against “one of the kindest people” Leah knows.
Rothschild filed a one-sentence motion asking the court to “exclude all media from all trial proceedings, including but not limited to jury selection, opening statement and witness testimony, in this matter.
Rothschild’s motion gave no legal basis for the request.
Legal experts say the motion runs counter to the legal presumption that criminal proceedings in the United States should be open to the public.
Very interesting indeed – This demands an Update, placed as prominently as possible on our front page. Also, his trial, and several lawsuits by his victims, are coming up in the near future. We’ll be sure to feature those also. I think we should adopt Dr. Mark K. Anderson as the official PYSIH “Dentist With The Busy Hands”. I’d love for this website to become his personal thorn in the side for as long as possible.
So thank you Leah, if not for you, this would all have passed me by unnoticed. I usually don’t check out old stories until someone makes a controversial remark or I’m informed of a change in status. I’m not making this up. It’s impossible to keep up with 500+ articles, so this has become my policy on updates.
In other words, in your attempt to defend Dr. Feelgood, you’ve made a major blunder. Be sure to let him, know – or not – you’ll take take your place of honor in my next update anyway.
God, I love this job.
Oh right. I didn’t think of that Max.
Thanks for being a lying dumb-ass Leah =)
Mazzi,
I don’t see how I “lied” or was a “dumb-ass.”
As for Max — that’s fine, I understand it’s your job, however pitiful it might be. I hope you have plans on moving up in the world, working for a place that actually helps people or provides a meaningful service.
It doesn’t matter if you believe it or not, the perv is in state prison. Your opinion is totally irrelevant. Feels nice, no?
Max is doing exactly what you suggested, only he does it for free. Just because you cannot comprehend what he is doing with this website, the proven fact that it does a lot of people a lot of good and I’m not talking about the regular commentators, doesn’t make it any less than what it is. Kinda like your inability to comprehend your dentist friend is a complete pervert.
Before you rant at me next year (notice the date of Mazzi’s post that you responded to), keep in mind you admitted you can’t comprehend it.
Comprehension really isn’t your strong suit, is it.
That e mail does sound fake. Good call :)
Yeah, any real average patient would call their Dentist an “upstanding health provider”. Or use the word “preposterous”. Lol.
Fucking tools, at least make the lies sound believable and not like they were written by a legal team. What a pervert.
Probably some Mormon hand signal. Pay Lay Ale or something like that or the sure sign of the nail as a defense testimony. Probably a secret temple thing they do. “Oh something I learned in temple.” “Oops! Sorry is supposed to be secret, I mean sacred, I mean secret.” What’s the difference between LSD and LDS? One you take with a cube of sugar the other you take with a grain of salt. This guy is going away for a long time!
He was convicted today on 11 Counts!! Hip Hip Hooray!!
Great news badbrad – now I can finish the update I was doing in him. I was just waiting on the verdict. Thanks for the heads up bro.
So, he only touched 11 boobs? What happened? How did he miss?
He was sentenced to 6 years in STATE PRISON. After a ‘tearful letter’ he read to the judge saying he was trying to help his patients, BUT HE DIDN”T APOLOGIZE to his victims, he was led away in handcuffs. The only cavity that will be filled now will be his own in state prison! Hope he has plenty of lube with him.
I don’t really. So he copped a feel. Knock him out and get him in jail he didn’t do that much damage. not enough for he’ll that’s sure. I’m sure his family can manage to move out of the huge house they own into another town.
