No proof, huh, Amanda? No filings of perjury charges in Yolo County, California, huh? What a flipping surprise.

And no news of where his family is now living, huh?? Wow, that sure was a nice house they used to have at 803 College Street in Woodland, CA. Beautiful home, with a swimming pool and every thing!! What a shame!

Well, at least we know where the EX-doctor will be living for the next 3 years and 8 months: Mule Creek State Prison. He's one of the 3,769 inmates residing in a facility designed to hold 1,700 prisoners. Must be cozy!

Oh, and too bad about the Dental Board of California AND the Department of Consumer Affairs for the State of California revoking his dental certificate and denying his appeal to have the license re-instated so that he could treat male patients with supervision.

The Dental Board of California doesn't think too highly of the bad doctor, do they? Their report is a matter of public record and is available at dbc.ca.gov/public/dds35467_20110101_dec.pdf (as long as you precede this with the normal web address). Check it out. Also, too bad about the $33,000+ fine the State Board slapped him with (in addition to the measly $2,500 State fine he had to pay).

I'm just glad he'll have to register yearly as a FELONY SEX OFFENDER when he gets out. Too bad the real estate industry tanked while he was incarcerated ... he won't be able to flip houses easily anymore, will he?

Oh, and we all know where you and you mother live, too, don't we? Somewhere along that river known as DA NILE!!!

So ... Amanda, sweetie, post the links to this so-called PROOF that the women lied, or shut up.

However before you shut up, be sure and post back and tell us what city his family moved to, so unsuspecting people can be on the lookout for this loser.

I am from woodland, california where Dr.Anderson lived and practiced dentistry. After all of the trial was said and done EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE TWO FACED NO GOOD WOMEN WERE PROVEN TO BE CAUGHT IN A LIE. They were horrible women, my mother worked for Mark, he was and still is a good man and didnt deserve what happened to him. You dont know what went on so how dare you say he deserves hell. YOU deserve to go to hell for writing all of this.
His family had to leave the city because of this devistating thing that has taken place. You should never judge someone unless you really know them.

BTW Josh, we won't be discussing Mark Anderson's conviction for 10 counts of Felony Sexual Battery privately. We're gonna do it publicly, like we do everything here at PYSIH. I want you to read this article - It details his lawyer's opening statement. He basically ADMITS that the doctor did the things the women claimed he did, but blames it on, get this, Anderson's naivete'. He actually says the the guy was just a country bumpkin dentist who didn't know any better. Yeah right:

<blockquote>"A Woodland dentist accused of fondling his female patients was trying to massage their chest muscles to treat a stress-related jaw disorder, his defense lawyer told jurors Tuesday in Yolo Superior Court.

During opening statements in the trial of Mark Anderson, attorney Michael Rothschild said Anderson was attempting to imitate his brother, a physical therapist, in order to relieve the women's pain from temporomandibular disorder, or TMD.

The muscles of the face, neck, shoulders and chest are all interconnected, he told jurors, using anatomical drawings to explain his point.

Anderson saw himself as a "country dentist in a small town" who was trying to help his patients with free massages rather than refer them to costly specialists, Rothschild said.

But without proper training, Anderson didn't understand he should massage the women's chests from the side to avoid "ending up in court."

"Naive and well-meaning, Mark Anderson bumbled along as best he could," Rothschild said.

Anderson, 49, is charged with 21 counts of sexual battery, based on grand jury testimony of 14 former patients. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Deputy District Attorney Robert Gorman told jurors that from 2005 to 2007, Anderson had slipped his hands beneath the women's bras, complimenting one woman's breast augmentation and telling another she had nice breasts.

When one woman wrote Anderson an angry letter, saying he had sexually assaulted her, the dentist sent her a card with "a cartoon picture of a bunny rabbit" on the front that said, "Oops," Gorman said.

During a phone call taped by police, he told another woman, "I probably took that too far," Gorman said.

Anderson told his patients the breast massages were medical procedures, but they didn't have anything to do with treatment, Gorman said.

"A general dentist is only concerned with the neck up," the prosecutor said.

Rothschild said he would call expert witnesses to show that Anderson's actions all fell within the realm of treatment. Some patients welcomed the pain-relief that Anderson provided and even requested it, he said.

"Mark Anderson did not touch one of these accusers with any sexual intent," the lawyer told jurors. "Everything he did was with a legitimate professional purpose."

Rothschild said the accusers fell into three groups: those who were lying and "out to make a buck"; those who had psychological problems and a "skewed" perception of events; and those with "foggy recollections," who decided "I must have been molested too," after the case received extensive media coverage.

He said Anderson should have been aware of the risks of providing chest massages but didn't consider it in his efforts to help his patients.

"Dr. Anderson is naive, trusting and perhaps just dumb," Rothschild said, "but he's not a molester."</blockquote>

I'll be completely honest with you... I can see one woman making a claim about this doctor. Then another woman sees this as an opportunity to jump on this bandwagon possibly with dollar signs and/or fame in her eyes. Maybe a third.... And a fourth. But after that... I find it hard to believe there are this many money/fame hungry woman who's lives are so boring or they need money THAT bad to make this same claim.
But 26? I don't care how big a town is, this man MAYBE had a 1000 patients. Now, out of that 1000 patients... Laws of statistics tells you that around half are female. So now we are talking about roughly 500 women. I find it REALLY hard to believe that 26 out of that 500 (About .6% of the total female patients) are THAT greedy, and in need of attention. Believe it or not... Even the lowest of the low have a little bit of pride and wouldn't stoop that low. Sounds to me that SOMEONE needs a lesson in logic.

So you think you can come on my website and trash 26 victims of a convicted - that's right Josh, he was convicted, in spite of his high priced lawyer - pervert. We're supposed to take your word the 26 - TWENTY-SIX - women all were lying? And telling the same basic story too. And for what? So they could divide this guys not all that impressive fortune 26 ways?

He was caught on tape admitting to improperly touching at least two of these women and trying to pass it off as a treatment for TMJ. Of course, some of these women weren't seeing him for TMJ, but that didn't stop Mark With The Busy Hands, did it? And why in the world would he do it while the women were unconscious, and he was alone in the room with them. It's protocol to always have a female nurse in the room during any type of procedure like this, isn't it?

I talked to some of the reporters who covered this case, and he's guilty as home made sin. He was his own worse enemy too. Sticking with the treatment story was a huge mistake, because no one recognizes his "method" as a legitimate treatment for TMJ. Maybe you should try reading these comment - they're in response to Anderson's TMJ excuse, and run about 99% against him. Many comment are from other health professionals.

Really Josh, and what's the other side of the story? The women asked Dr. (Oh, that's right, not any more) Anderson to molest them? There really is a treatment for TMJ that involves fondling a woman's breasts and playing with her nipples and is actually approved by the AMA? Really Josh, tell us the REAL story. Please? If you do, I promise, I'll fuck off and go to HELL!
