On Monday, the 15th of October, 2007, Harrel Franklin Braddy, the guy who dropped 5-year-old Quatisha Maycock into an alligator-infested swamp to be eaten alive by Florida’s smartest residents, was sentenced to death for his crimes.
The Judge also hit him with three life terms, to be served consecutively, for the charges of kidnapping and burglary with assault charges.
Harrel Franklin Braddy was also given 30 years in prison for the attempted murder of Shandelle Maycock, Quatisha’s mother, 15 years for child neglect causing great bodily harm and 5 years for attempted escape from a correctional facility.
During the trial, Shandelle Maycocks’s tearful testimony helped sway jurors as she described the hell that was her life after her only child was killed by the alligators.
According to prosecutor Abbe Rifkin:
The State is grateful that Quatisha’s small voice was finally heard, and that the defendant received the sentence he so rightfully earned.
I think its him who should be fed to the hungry crocs!

umm…. i agree, feed this piece of garbage to the alligators and see how he likes. Such a horrible thing for a small child to endure- God Bless that baby! I only hope he receives an “inmate given” death sentence rather then the states death sentence…the states death sentence isn’t cruel enough for this guy…
