  • Juan Arreola

Some people naturally get off on picking on people who are smaller and weaker than themselves.

You have to wonder about those people.

You have to wonder about what kind of man 20-year-old Juan Arreola is.

As he was helping his girlfriend, Sherrie Tyson, move into a new apartment on the 7th of June, 200,7 Juan Arreola kicked her 2-year-old son across the room because the boy was standing in Juan’s way. Her son flew headfirst into a wall and started to cry.

When Sherrie complained that Juan had kicked her son too hard and told him to put the boxes down and pick the boy up, Juan grabbed the boy by his face and squeezed hard enough to cause bruising.

Tough guy. Ultimate Fighter material for sure.

On the 10th of June, Sherrie Tyson left Juan Arreola alone with her boy for a few hours while she went out.

The boy wanted to go to sleep, but Juan was cooking and wanted the little guy to stay up and eat so he wouldn’t have to deal with him later.

A few minutes after the toddler went into another room and lay down to sleep, Juan discovered the kid sleeping and flipped out. Juan picked the boy up and punched him - hard - a few times in the chest.

The boy’s mother came home to find her child looking and feeling bad enough to warrant taking him to a local hospital, where doctors discovered he had a subdural hematoma.

Juan Arreola was arrested while still denying that he’d ever hit the child, but pled guilty at his court appearance on the 19th of October to two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and simple assault.

The judge asked Juan why he had kicked and punched the child.

In one of the worst excuses for child abuse that you’ve ever heard, Juan Arreola told the judge:

I was working till midnight. I’m not a morning person.

The judge replied with, “You’re going to look at me straight in the face and say ‘I’m not a morning person,’ and that’s why you kicked, punched and abused a 2-year-old child? Well, I am a morning person, so you and I have met the wall.”

Juan Arreola faces a possible sentence of 39 years in prison. We’ll find out how long he gets on the 14th of December, 2007, when his sentence will be revealed.

    Does Juan Arreola deserve Hell?

Why does the mom get a pass?

After seeing him kick her son once, he should have been out of their life forever.

Why did the mother stay with this guy and then on top of that let him babysit after she saw him hit her baby?!! Why isn’t she being charged with negligence?! Wow, the sad thing is, this doesn’t surprise me anymore….

      huh?

After seeing him kick the kid in the first place, she should have shot him. Since when did people stop killing other people for doing things like this????

So far, I agree with every comment listed above. You’ve all read my mind. After the first hit to my kid, that son of a bitch would have been wondering where that baseball bat came from that bashed in his head.

Inmates are alot bigger than a 2 year old. Lets just hope his cellmate hates mornings. Plus, we all know how much other prisoners like those who hurt children. Good luck with that, Juan! Mom deserves a few days in jail for her choice in babysitters and boyfriends.

      Oh my..

This site makes it more and more obvious that violent/abusive boyfriends are more important than your own flesh and blood. I love people.

Just about every mom listed in these stories makes me pray more for mandated sterility than hell…
