Meet 65-year-old Jesse Dale Baker.
Jesse Baker is one pedophile who knows how to target his victims.
Specifically, he targeted three Hispanic girls, between the ages of 6 and 8, who spoke very little English.
Each of the girls was invited into Jesse Baker’s apartment on different days. Jesse lured them in with promises of candy and money earned for light cleaning and other chores.
Parents of the girls noticed, shortly after their children had visited Jesse Baker, that they were starting to act a little weird. The girls were washing themselves over and over after going to the bathroom and changing their underwear with an odd frequency.
Because the girls’ parents didn’t speak much in the way of English, and they were a bit shy of the police, there was a bit of a delay between the time their suspicions were raised and when they finally contacted authorities with their accusations.
When the police talked to the girls, they related some disturbing stories. One girl told police that Jesse Baker liked to tickle her under her clothes. Another girl told police that Baker had not only touched her all over under her clothes, but also related that Jesse told her that he would kill her parents or have the police come and take her away if she told anyone what he had done.
After a little investigation and some basic police work, some neighbors were found that were willing to come forward with their stories of seeing the girls leaving Jesse Baker’s apartment on the same nights that the girls reported Jesse had touched them.
That was enough for police to act on, and they interviewed Jesse Baker himself, telling him of the accusations the girls had made against him and asking him to explain.
Jesse Dale Baker explained to the police that he felt bad for the girls because they were so poor. According to him, each of the girls had come to his door and asked him for money, telling him that they were illegal immigrants and their parents were out of work and couldn’t afford electricity.
Naturally, out of the goodness of his heart, he told them that they could vacuum his apartment floors for some money.
And, of course, he said that he had never touched the girls at all.
Police decided that there was enough evidence to charge Jesse Baker, who was arrested on the 31st of October, 2007 and charged with two counts of sexual assault on a child and three counts of enticement of a child.
Four people. Two different stories. Someone’s lying.

I wonder if it is worse then reported. Why were they washing themselves and changing their underwear so much? Bleeding maybe?

Maybe they just felt so dirty …this is often the case when someone is raped or molested.
