Okay….now this is something I can admit that I never even thought about happening. Being raped from sleepwalking and not waking up. That’s scary and sad. She really needs to see about her sleepwalking problem because she could easily be killed. Sadly, let’s hope she doesn’t already have a death sentence by this crazy old bastard passing HIV to her. For her sake, I hope not. You know his defense attorney and this POS are going to say that he asked her if he could “make love” to her and that she said yes. I dnt get it.. Ive never met a slp walker before so i dnt know what happens, but i agree. How could you not wake up during that? And how the hell did she make it that far, without anyone stopping to see if she was ok? And how long was she slpn there, while all those cars passed her by and did nothing? Before the sick POS got to her that is.. Unbelievable.

even if she said “yes” in her sleep, the guy was sure to know this girl wasn’t in a proper state of mind and took advantage of the situation.
on top of that he’s HIV positive, having sex without protection when you’re HIV possitive is a crime in itself if you ask me.
