When she was attacked why didn.t she scream blue murder, i get that she was confused about how the hell did she get there, but surely to god you know when your being raped. Now bare in mind the state of this guy, then all of a sudden this naked women happens to potter near him automatically he’s gonna think wow she’s no clothes on she must want sex, i agree with the part about him knowing he had hiv he should get fucked for that, but the rape part is a bit fishy. He’s probably interpreted it to mean that she’s naked then she must want it. Does that make any sense to anybody. Thats my theory. Like i said knowing he had certain diseases makes him guilty, but rape im not sure.

Dexter Ford pleaded guilty to rape and felonious assault in May 2008 and was sentenced to 10 years and a lifetime Tier 3 sex offender registration. He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and is HIV positive. The victim was not sleepwalking. She suffers from severe epilepsy and has had 2 brain surgeries. She had a seizure, passed out, and was wandering in a state of confusion when she was attacked.

Okay….now this is something I can admit that I never even thought about happening. Being raped from sleepwalking and not waking up. That’s scary and sad. She really needs to see about her sleepwalking problem because she could easily be killed. Sadly, let’s hope she doesn’t already have a death sentence by this crazy old bastard passing HIV to her. For her sake, I hope not. You know his defense attorney and this POS are going to say that he asked her if he could “make love” to her and that she said yes. These scumbag defense attorneys deserve hell right along with their clients.

I dnt get it.. Ive never met a slp walker before so i dnt know what happens, but i agree. How could you not wake up during that? And how the hell did she make it that far, without anyone stopping to see if she was ok? And how long was she slpn there, while all those cars passed her by and did nothing? Before the sick POS got to her that is.. Unbelievable.
