It doesn’t get much worse than this.
Meet 30-year-old Clinton Smith.
Clinton Smith, who apparently is another one of those live-in boyfriends who enjoys staying at home while his girlfriend is out working, was watching two children on the 15th of November, 2007.
One of those children was his two-year-old son.
The other child was ten-month-old Da’Niyah Jackson, the daughter of Latoya Jackson, Clinton Smith’s girlfriend.
At 9:30 at night, after Latoya Jackson came back home from her waitressing job, she went to check on Da’Niyah, as most mothers would after a hard day at work away from their baby.
Da’Niyah, however, didn’t wake up when her mother came in. She didn’t wake up when her mother picked her up, either.
Latoya rushed to call 911 and summon emergency services, which arrived shortly thereafter and whisked the infant to the local Children’s Hospital.
Doctors checked out the little girl and discovered that Da’Niyah’s body was covered with bruises and that there was a bite mark on her chest.
Further examination showed that the 10-month-old baby had also been raped.
Police questioned Clinton Smith, who claimed that he had no idea what had happened to his girlfriend’s daughter, but admitted that he and his son were the only ones that had been in the residence that day.
Because most police aren’t completely stupid, Clinton Smith was arrested and charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and child endangerment.
Two days after being raped and beaten by Clinton Smith, Da’Niyah died.
According to the medical report, she died from blunt force trauma to the abdomen. I’m sure you can imagine how this happened.
Clinton Smith has now been charged with murder. He will probably die from a lethal cocktail of drugs pushed into his bloodstream.
You can be sure his death will take less than two days.
Too bad.

First of all i want to start off by saying they don’t need to give this man lethal injection, what they need to do is do like the old days and tie his a@# to some chains and whip him like they did kunta kenta, let him die slow, if they give lethal injection that’s too easy for him, let him die slow and painful, i can’t imagine what the mother is going through, but if i had a say so in this they should lock him up in a room and go to work on his behind! r.i.p lil da’niyah!

I am having a real hard time trying to understand the poster who said it was not possible to rape a baby.
News reports for the last few months would prove otherwise.
Unless your point was that a baby/toddler would not be able to be alive after an attack like that.
It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that there is a difference between the size of a child’s private parts, and an adults. And that if there was some kind of crossover, the child would be physically in danger or be killed from that sexual assault.
And so, Mr. Cracker, the fact that you have made a point about people not being able to throw the first stone, and somehow using that to defend child molestors… implies that other people have abused children also.
I will throw the first stone. I have never abused/molested a child.
Nobody is perfect. Everyone has broken the rules. If someone accused me of being late all the time, I’d say… sure, it’s me and I wish I could figure out a way to stop it.
But this is not about me.
It’s about a person who raped an infant, while subconsciously knew that this child would not be able to survive being raped. But he did it anyway.
It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out the physical damage a rape can do. Maybe, an adult woman who has had sex before would not be as physically damaged as a child would be, but as a woman, I’d guess emotionally they’d be on the same page.

Seriously. You must think that you are pretty tough with all of your firearms. There is a reason that people like you “own guns and lots of them” and I think we can all agree that it probably isn’t for protection judging by your feeble threat. I am a female living in what is probably one of the most crime ridden cities in the country and I don’t own a gun for protection. As far as convicting a man before his trial, I am racking my brain to think if there are any other plausible explanations for the baby’s injuries and I’ll be damned if I can come up with any. If you have any theories, please share them so that we may be able to consider alternate possibilities. All we have to consider at this time are the details as they have been released in the media and those details make Mr. Smith look bad and that’s an understatement.

Mothers everywhere: You must choose carefully the people you choose to leave your children with.
While it is understandable that we all make misjudgements of charater from time to time, when it comes to our children, the misjudgement could end up with your child dead, raped, beaten or molested.

Da’Niyah was a precious little baby girl less than a year old. Left in the care of this mad man. This POS admitted to “playing with” the child and also placing his hand on her chest and pressing down with his full body weight. ( He also reportedly told investigators his son caused some of the girl’s injuries.)
The autopsy report revealed they found prostate fluid in the baby and she suffered punctured intestines and other internal injuries. Given the baby’s injuries, police said Mr. Smith did more than just squeeze her, and also struck her in some way.
It was also reported that one of his ex-girlfriends took out a “protection from abuse” order against him last summer after he assaulted her and their young daughter. Despite that, one year later he was living with the Jacksons. He had two protection from abuse orders filed against him in 2002 and 2006
He only saw his real son one time , the mother said this about him :
“Let me say first that I have a biological child to this monster. Let me also say that he has never known my son and never will b/c when I took him to visit him when he was a baby, my child began screaming as soon as Clinton walked into the room. When I asked why, he replied, “All children react to me like that b/c I’m satan.” Never saw my baby (who will be 7 this christmas) again. “
