of course its normal for everyone who is furious at a criminal to vent on and on about them but once the tables turn and you have a handful of people not trying to defend them but to try to get people to see that there was good in the said criminal; everyone wants to “gang up” on the “accused defenders”. why should we have to put up with hearing what you all have to say if you refuse to listen to us “defenders”.

most of you wonder why? or how? he could do something like this and the answer is really very simple… it’s called drugs. he wouldn’t have done anything this horrific if he’d been sober. People make mistakes and his first mistake was when he started hanging with people who drink and do all kinds of drugs. That first mistake led to all kinds of others. I’m pretty sure that he regrets all of this… (and for all you people who want to start something) not for getting caught but because he knows it was very wrong and he wasn’t and isn’t a violent person.

I am so glad that you’re doing well, Troy. What a terrible ordeal for you to go through, but I am glad that the “monster” plead guilty and got life in prison, so he can never hurt anyone again.

You were so courageous to confront this murderer and tell him your feelings.. I bet that was scary and you were nervous, but I am proud that you were able to express them. I am sure that your grandmother is looking down on you and she’s VERY proud of you.. Even though many of us have never met you – I can honestly say that a lot of us here are admire you for all your courage.
