Alexander Letkemann and Jean Pierre Orlewicz Appear In Court

You remember Alexander Letkemann and Jean Pierre Orlewicz, right?

Of course you do. They were among the most popular evil people in the month of November, 2007.

Well, there was a preliminary examination held on Friday, the 30th of November and some interesting details came out.

It seems that Jean Pierre Orlewicz is being set up as the guy who was mainly responsible for the murder of Daniel Sorenson.

According to police statements read in court, Alexander Letkemann totally rolled over on his friend, trying to lay the blame on Jean Pierre Orlewicz by telling police:

Me and JP hung out at his grandpa’s house. I drove. He discussed with me his plan to lure Dan over and killing him. All I had to do was clean up. I would have no part in the actual act. He would call it even for the hundred dollars I owed him. I don’t know why he had it out so bad for that guy, it’s almost like he just wanted to kill somebody. JP shut the door behind him and just did it … I couldn’t even react to it. It knocked the wind out of me.

Isam Ayyash, a high school senior, took the stand in exchange for immunity from prosecution as an accessory to a homicide after the fact and testified about his role in the murder on the 7th of November, 2007.

Isam Ayyash told authorities that he came over to the garage owned by Orlewicz’s grandfather after being called by Letkemann and Orlewicz, who told him that they needed help moving a body.

He thought they were joking until he saw the body, which had been stabbed at least 13 times, wrapped in a tarp and placed on the floor.

We walked in the garage, and Orlewicz indicated Dan’s body was in the tarp.

Isam Ayyash told the court that JP Orlewicz pointed at a container on the garage and told him that Sorensen’s head was inside. Ayyash watched as Orlewicz and Letkemann wrapped the body up, lifted it and put it in the back of a pickup truck which was parked in the garage.

At that point, according to Isam:

Orlewicz asked to borrow my clothing because his was covered in blood. I gave him my undershirt and jeans.

Daniel Sorensen’s girlfriend, 20-year-old Breana Milow, told authorities that her boyfriend sometimes carried a revolver and a knife when he went out to “do a job.” According to Breana, Daniel expected to collect $3,000 on the day he was killed.

Breana told the court that on the day he was killed, Sorensen had gone to the garage to extort money from someone that Orlewicz knew.

She also testified that Sorensen told her he had gone to the garage earlier that week, and that the floors and windows were covered with a tarp.

Jean Pierre Orlewicz’s lawyer, who is as slick as they come, says his client’s ultimate defense is that Sorensen’s actions resulted in his death.

Of course. Blame the dead guy!

    Brilliant legal strategy.

Say, um, I’m on my period, and much too emotional/crampy to help you out on this one.

Maybe the next one? Oh, sorry, I’m planning to be very ill with the flu that day. I’ll have to check my calendar after that.

Yeah, it does seem a bit off that there were “little helpers”. Can anyone say “premeditated”?

    5. Brittany says:

Ok…1st thing – His actions may have resulted in his death, HOWEVER, since when do they result in being chopped up into little pieces.
2nd thing – Big mistake on the dead guys girlfriend mentioning that he was suppose to get 3 grand for a “job” That, (if they are smart enough) could be used in their defense on the fact that they could say that he was hired to do something to one of them, either Alex or JP. Think about it. She mentions that he does this line of “work” and gets paid serious cash and carries a gun and knife with him. Like I said think about that one for a minute. If they were paying attention they can do some more “digging” and fall back on the self-defense defense, however they still will get slammed with the mutilating the body.
3rd thing – Don’t you love the twistedness of a live court sacrifice. What some people will do for a lesser sentence. Honestly, I’d rather get the death penalty then have to rot behind bars if I pulled some shit like this.
4th thing – I’m not defending these scum bags, I’m just thinking outside the box.

dan was my best friend for 12 years its unfourtionit that i was outta state at the time, dan never hurt anybody he lived in detroit yeah your carry a gun. he was having trouble getting a real job, and this jp guy, is the one who sold dan the gun a month or two ago. now this a seventeen year old dealing with a 26 year old.
i dont know why he bought the gun from the seventeen year old fagget piece of fuck anyway.
but yeah they where sopposed to be friends now and jp claming yeah lets make some money, of course dan needs money so he is in. now they are really talking. lured him in the day of the job jp set up, and no intension of doing the job with dan, and slit his throat. what a sick fucken piece of shit. if you ask me all three should go to jail forever.

Last night I heard some things about Dan Sorenson that the jury never got to know. The 14 year old girl thing is no bog deal. He was dating her when he was 17 and she was 14. I don’t hold that against him. What I do think was wrong was that the jury never knew Dan had restraining orders against him from several people claiming they were intimidated by his presence. Hey 6′ 220 is big and if he was also angry or bossy it could be more likely that people might be afraid of him, with or without the lie about mafia connections.

      • Sam says:

I live in Detroit, I’ve never carried a gun. A lot of people in Michigan are having a hard time finding a job, but they don’t try to extort kids. Dan was just a punk brute who got what was coming to him. And dido for Alex, just because he’s a bitch. JP on the other hand should be considered an assest. He saved a dad from having to kill Dan.

Lol, i’d bet on it. But i’ve been living amongst these “murderers” for how ever long the kids have been living in my area, i’ve never had to defend my life, and i’m pretty sure if this 19 year old gets out that wont change. This chick on trutv said the people in the detroit area should be terrified because Levi and all them are still walking the streets. Sam,

Did you watch the trial? JP is the one who set Dan up to think that they were going to extort someone else. Dan was no angel, but that doesn’t mean he deserved to be killed.

JP set up the entire thing just to kill someone. He thought Dan was an easy target because he was a “loser” and no one cared about him, but JP was wrong. I saw Dan’s parents speak at the trial and to the media and it is VERY obvious that they loved him very much.

JP just wanted to kill someone – it didn’t matter who. He picked Dan because he thought it would be an easy target.

Too bad JP told many, many, many people about his plan – it is too bad they didn’t take him seriously.. JP is desperately trying to get his conviction overturned – I just read a transcript from the latest hearing.

His lawyer and a psychiatrist are claiming that because his mother was obsessive-compulsive about spending and germs.. and sometimes (allegedly) was abusive towards him — he should get a new trial and a psychiatrist should be allowed to testify.

The abuse excuse – how many times has that worked? JP is as cold as ice – when he testified at his trial he truly scared me. He has ice running through his veins. There is NO remorse. He’s a sociopath, an egomanaic, a narcissist. If he gets out – he WILL kill again. That is a guarantee.

      • Allie says:

Sorry, Kurt but I am watching the trial right now & your friend Alex is talking about how this was all planned and premeditated. That’s not a “mistake”.. it was a deliberate MURDER of another human being.

Jp was a really close friend of mine, and I’ve met Alex 2 or 3 times. I know for a fact that Jp would never do this unless he felt he had to. I’m not saying he had to, I’m not saying he didn’t. I wouldn’t doubt he does have mental problems, you’re not normal if you don’t have some problem or another. That doesn’t make him evil, same goes for Alex, Izzy, Levi and all others involved. People really need to chill the fuck out, you’re all so quick to condemn, but you don’t know him, so how can you call him evil? you can’t. Some friend of dans, her last name was miller, said he was violent toward her and her son, she being 27 her son can’t be any older than 10. So what does that say about dan? The witnesses that testified dan WAS violent, and he did try to come off as some bad ass mobster, were older, friends of dans, and they were just a 3rd party- they had no reason to lie. Webb- Mullins- Letkemann- Ayyash; They had great reasons for lieing. These four aren’t evil, just shady. But even Izzy seemed like he wasn’t trying to totally throw Jp under.
But whatev, what’s done is done.

We can condemn JP because we watched the trial and saw numerous friends recount JP’s fascination with wanting to kill someone. “Allison” or whatever your real name is — your friend is a sociopath and a sicko.

He planned and premeditated this murder for the sole purpose of killing another human being.

When he was on the witness stand he showed not even a hint of remorse or care about the fact that he killed another human being.

Also, I love how he claims he was so scared of his mother and she was abusive… What about those jailhouse tapes that were played — where he is cursing out his parents? Did they reflect that he was scared of his mother – in any shape or form? He was the one who was “abusive”. He was a spoiled, bratty, selfish , murdering little brat.

Probably not, since he’s NEVER getting out of prison, barring some kind of incredible luck during his appeal. I’m no lawyer – far from it – but I can read, and everything I’ve read about his chances of a successful appeal say the judge made very few errors and none of any significance.

Of course, there is the possibility that JP could shank a couple of guys in jail. He only needs two more “kills” to qualify as a serial killer.

This is the problem I have with all this. I’ve looked at Alex’s myspace page and I see a completely different person than the picture at the top of this page or in trial. He was the cool hippy kid that tried to be different and this is what he became. There is now a blank absence in his eyes that makes me know that they’ve seen something grim and something died in him. Whether or not he brutally killed a man, I don’t know, but something changed in him!!! You can tell from the old pictures of him.

    18. Ashley says:

What goes through one’s head while thinking up this plan? No matter how you look at it, everyone involved is to blame. Alex knew what was going to happen, he could have called authorities. But no, he would rather get out of paying back $100, than saving someone’s life. Stupid fucks. I was watching In Session today, and apparently it was self-defense? Wow, seriously?! I thought self defense was when you try to get away from someone doing you harm, not cut their fucking head off and throw it in a river. I hope these kids fry… ALL OF THEM.

    19. Parris says:

      Things to do:

-stop hanging out with stupid people who murder people
-remember never to help a friend dispose of a dead body
-dont be like Alex M. and lie to the police((and make me cry))
-DO NOT what so ever murder someone
-stop hanging out with retarted people!!!

What the fuck is wrong with JP? I dont know how he could do such a thing. I mean JP did talk about murder alot but i didnt think he would do it….
And Alex is retarted for watching….stupid boys….

thats all i have to say today

    20. Ashley says:

Where the fuck do you assholes get off saying shit like “I hope these kids fry!”? How are you not evil for having such hateful and violent desires for people who have not been proven guilty by the court of Law as of yet?

The sad fact is that none of you who are saying such blatantly despicable things actually know the acute details of this case.

I HAVE SPENT 500 + HOURS WITH LETKEMANN. We became friends after taking a Radio and TV class at the same highschool. Everyone in the class was extremely fond of him for being so easy-going, friendly, and nonjudgemental. He wasn’t the most studious student, but that is irrelevant. It was still obvious he had a gentle soul. And I really don’t care what anyone has to say about that, if you choose to try and rebut that statement by citing things that he has allegedly said. The fact remains that we became very close, and for that I can confidently say that he had no intentions of ever harming another person in his lifetime. That is the bottom line on that. It doesn’t matter what some spectator spout off over the internet who has no real-life perception of what Alex is really like.

It’s really easy to jump to conclusions and say terribly ignorant and misinformed shit about people you don’t know beyond their personalities as portrayed by a trigger-happy media.

The cloak of anonymity provided by leaving a comment on the internet is incentive enough for some people to try and make their tiny, idiotic sounding thoughts sound louder and more reckless than they should be. (and yes they are idiotic, i.e. Trish, sounding obviously like a valley girl who has no real grasp of the situation)

I would like to thank ERRRRRR for looking further into the curious case of Alex and seeing that in his myspace, he shows no signs of wanting to help kill somebody. This further corroborates what I have said in defense of Alex.

So why don’t you all take a chill pill and realize that you are mistaken if you think that making some hideous and brutish statement on a spineless blog somehow makes you a bigger person or more righteous.

And to the writer of this blog, try doing some investigation on things you are going to attack with such ferocity. Don’t you realize how cheap it is to write about things like this? Any dickhead can put up a blog about how lowly you think of people who have been pegged as doing something wrong, regardless of the strength of the case against them or how well they know the person being persecuted. But I know it makes you feel better about yourself, despite the fact that viscously judging others is obviously just a way to compensate for a void you are feeling in your own desperate life.

In my opinion, JP is obviously at least guilty of manslaughter.

But Alex is a different story, please believe that to be true, coming from someone who knows him and has interacted with him.

One more thing to think about…

Alex has a young little sister. Is it too much to ask for you to be sensitive to her? For the sake of her and her braveness, strength and unwavering support throughout this whole thing? If so, then you are a dark soul.

      • Rob R says:

Wes Harden: I read your blog here and it makes sense. I looked at Alex’s mySpace page and it does seem like he’s a regular kid, unlike JP’s page with the skull thing going on. At lease Alex seems like a normal teenager. I think he ahd a problem of letting someone like JP lead him. All he wanted to do was get out of owing the kid 100 dollars and he ended up having to help clean up after this brutal murder. I think based on his reactions and how he looked while he was giving his testamony that he was telling the truth. He was a little emotionally flat too,but that could be fear. He is in court and with the cameras there is no way to know how many people are watching. Also, I believe the final act of killing Daniel Sorensen was more horribale than he thought it would be. I heard Alex got sick again when they took them and the jury to the garage. It obviously affected him deeply. I feel bad that he has to go to jail for so long, but hopefully he will get time off for good behavior. JP Orlewicz is a sad little boy. He has a lot of issues and I think whoeevr said that putting him away removes a furute serial killer from the streets was right. How sad that he developed such a warped idea of human life. Anyways, thanks for your blog here, it was good to get some perspective on who Alex really is.

Would you, for the sake of a $100 debt stand by and watch someone be brutally murdered and then help clean up the mess left? You say he is just a regular kid, but i dont know of any ‘regular’ kids that would do that. Im a grown woman who has seen some bad shit go down in my life and like to think i could handle most situations. But if my best mate started hacking up some dude in front of me, id be a screaming, shaking, quivering mess. And i wouldnt be able to clean up shit because id be puking my guts up and going into shock.
Thats how normal, regular people react to horror.
At some stage in his life he probably was a good kid with his whole life ahead of him. But not anymore. He fucked up. This was beyond a simple ‘mistake’. He didnt just cheat on his exams or wear Sundays underwear on Thursday or put salt in his coffee instead of sugar. He stood by and watched someone being murdered and hacked to peices and then he actively helped clean up and conceal the murder. Thats not a mistake…

        • Riley says:

there’s no way you can judge either one of these boys on one thing they did, granted it was taking someones life. I think you guys are being too narrow minded. Take into account Orlewicz has a history of mental problems and i heard about some reports of abuse. Put yourself in his shoes; you’re an 18 year old boy, you have some mental problems, you’ve been abused, you and your parents alike are getting older, you’re getting bigger as they grow weaker, it’s come to a point where hurt you anymore. Then Mr. Sorenson comes along- you guys become friends, he becomes intimidating. Few months pass, money problems come up, he threatens your life. You try to avoid him, but he wont have it. So he pays you back some of the money and the two of you are communicating again. Another money problem pops up, irrelevant to dan, you and dan collaborate and hatch a plan to extort the guy who stole the money. When Dan takes the plan to far you scrap it. Dan starts getting the oh so fimilar look of aggervation, it’s a lot like the look you’ve seen too many times come across your fathers face, the one he wore just before he’d lash out on you. He pulls out a gun- everything goes through your head as he’s screaming and pointing the gun around. Just when you thought all the pain was over, after 18 miserable years you thought you could finally live a life, free of fearing someone who was supposed to be on your side. 2 differences between Dan and your parents: 1, Dan is more than capable of getting away with your murder. 2, you’ll never out grow him. The only end would be your life, or his. (Please keep in mind you’re not all there in the head)

          That’s one of my theroies…
even if it’s not right too many of you are being narrow minded.

All I know is even as a teenager if any of my friends had talked about killing someone, I would have left… If any of my friends had actually gone about killing someone, I’d have ran straight to the police with that. DURING THE KILLING. Why???? Sure as hell I don’t want to die, and I know the idiot doing the killing is going to get caught. Why be stupid and deal with those people?? And that is what I know of myself even as a young dumb kid.

This is sad. In every way possible. Take it from someone who has had an up front first hand expierence with this case. It’s not all the media says it is. You go one day to a trial and your whole outlook will change on it. This is terriable. personally i feel bad for every single person involved. Including JP. yeah sounds crazy but i do. He has issues and problems. i feel bad for anyone who could do that. and i also feel bad for anyone who has done something so stupid that they spent thier 18th birthday in Jail. I sure do hope i am doing something much more exciting than that. I know my dreams on my 18th birthday do not include prison. Nor for my 21st or life. I know that the friends and families of both parties are very upset by this whole thing. Yeah it is easy to take sides when you only have what the media says. But i go to school where he went and i talk to his freinds. This is upsetting! This is so wrong in so many different ways! I am very distraught by all of this and cannot get it out of my mind. I really do no care waht anyone has to say in a comment back to this because, personally i have been to the trials and i have talked with many different people including JP’s friends parents and Dans friends and parents. This is a terriable terriable situation and everyone involved i feel sympathy for.

Thank you Madison for writing something not hateful and ill-informed. You bring up a very good point. These kids are not cold-blooded murderers, they were just caught up in the shady world that Daniel unfortunately was a part of and dragged them into.

    24. Ashley says:

“These kids are not cold-blooded murderers, they were just caught up in the shady world that Daniel unfortunately was a part of and dragged them into.”

Poor poor Dan. He just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Had JP not told him to go there, he wouldn’t have been there, and got his head hacked off.

I have been watching the entire trial, and both sides have good points. IF JP was defending himself from Dan, then I can see Dan getting stabbed 13 times. Because when you think of it, if you are that scared for your life, you’re not going to stop, until the force is stopped or weakened. BUT the stories don’t match. Why would Alex plead Guilty to second-degree murder, and JP plead not guilty? Seems to me that some more questions need to be answered. If JP talked about murder so much, and he asked you to ‘help him’ seriously would you even think twice without telling him no?

They keep saying how JP has such an innocent baby face, well if he was so innocent, why the FUCK didn’t anyone but the victims parents shead any tears. Nobody cared, not even precious Alex. Everyone is guilty here, whether they hacked off a head, or just watched.

    25. Thomas says:

ashley. jp is a cold blooded killers. his friends are just morons.

why is it that dan was the only one that suffered any marks of violence? I will tell you why. Alex held the gun and jp attacked him from behind. he did have a job, he was a bouncer and anyone knows you don’t go to detroit unprotected.

jp’s parents are in denial. they still think he is nice and couldn’t possibly do anything wrong.

alex parents well they are too. and his poor sister…. get over it. life aint peachy. at least alex is a bit smarter. he went for 20-30.

unfortunately, we can’t fry them. our death penalty went way in the 1800’s. but it would be nice. why feed, cloth, give them a bed to sleep in forever? in imho, money could be spent else where.

    26. Scott says:

My wife and I have followed this trial since it’s beginning. It’s scary the way this generation seems to have grown up with a callous attitude toward violence and death. Our kids are grown. Twenty four and twenty one. I dont know if television and video games caused this – I’m not a psychologist. But this sort of thing is much more accepted now days. It’s surprising JP’s Dad had no idea what he was involved in (drinking, drugs, cigs), or maybe he was just trying to shed a softer light on JP. I’m sure there wasn’t much communication between JP and his parents. His taped phone calls with his Mom and Dad show no respect whatsoever. I am curious about something. For those of you that know Alex and JP – JP comes across in this trial as another “Alpha Dog” character – for those of you that saw the movie. Friends have commented about Alex’s easy going nature. What was JP like at school and with friends? Did he seem easy going, or did he have a contentious demeanor? Was he soft spoken or a big mouth? Was he a leader or a follower? I actually wanted to believe JP acted in self defense – it would seem a little more normal. The verdict is in – guilty. I have to say I was pretty sure that was what it would be. Sadly, JP may have progressed to becoming a serial killer if he was found innocent – if what his friends on the stand said were true. Defense attorney says an appeal will be filed. I’ll be interested to follow that.

      • just me says:

HEY SCOTT IF THIS GUY ALEX IS SO EASY GOING THEN I KNOW I NEED TO GET A GUN AND LEARN HOW TO USE IT BECAUSE THERE IS A GENERATION OF EASY GOING KILLERS JUST WAITIN TO HATCH. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL!

        but anywho…
Jp does have some mental problems, but he’s not crazy. I don’t think I’d love Jp as much if he were “normal”. I think we’re a lot alike, we could talk about anything forever. He liked being right, he was good at it though, very smart. He always said the simplicity of the world and the complexity of what lived on it amazed him.
Over all he was calm, he wasn’t quite but he wasn’t obnoxious.
Jp confided in me, i wont go into a bunch of details, but pretty much told me he felt like he had no control of his life. His mom was a crazy bitch. His dad was just useless.

    29. glorybug says:

      Unbelievable.

If someone attacked me in my garage, it’s possible I could stab them with something, once or twice or even 13 times.

And then I’d do what any other person who wasn’t a liar, and hadn’t actually purposefully lured someone they intended to kill into a murder scene complete with helpful friends—– I would call 911 and report that someone just attacked me and I had to defend myself.

Some things I would NOT do- suspiciously cover the floor of my parent’s garage with tarps before I got attacked. Cut off my attacker’s head. Try to use a blowtorch to burn off their hands/feet. Get the friend- who so valiantly had defended me against said attacker by doing not much of anything other than perhaps hold a gun to them- to help me haul off and dump the body. Toss their head in a river. Get a friend to lend me some clothes so I could dispose of my blood soaked clothes- none of which blood was mine. I wouldn’t do any of these things because of the likely chance that halfway through the carnage and coverup I might get a flash of insight that said- hey, wait a minute… I AM a disturbed murderer.

Obviously the kids are heartless murderers. And none too bright. Because if they just hadn’t done all the sick, guilt-proving things and just called 911, and put on whatever little puppy-dog faces they’re doing now- they could have gotten away with it.

Murdering is illegal. Helping someone murder is illegal. Helping someone cover up a murder is illegal. Sadly, while it’s not believable that anyone could witness such evilness, much less participate in it, Alex is doomed anyway. Nobody was holding a gun to his head. He obviously wasn’t going to get anywhere in life if supposedly some bully manipulated him into helping to kill someone and he didn’t even have the intelligence to say… um, not today- I have a lot of homework to finish? The underage drinking and doing drugs doesn’t exactly showcase your good judgement.

Boohoo. They looked scared and had the sniffles in court? Most people who finally realize they’re getting punished and they’re going to jail tend to get a little weepy and all. Self-pity will do that to you.

What I find strange is how many people are supportive of these little POSs- they don’t full-on claim the victim didn’t end up headless, or that the perps didn’t do it… they just think everyone should go easy on the poor little guys? Not the slightest twinge of uneasiness about them still? You’d let your little sister date one of them?

It doesn’t matter in the slightest how friendly or popular someone was in high school, or whether they had some skulls on their myspace….. what matters is what they did that day, and what is now known about what they are capable of. I’d never volunteer to be alone with any of them in a garage.

You didn’t get a speeding ticket, you murdered someone in a very violent and morbid way. Man up already… it’s a skill you’ll need in prison.

    30. Ashley says:

Do you think I am defending them? No no no. I just wanted to say IF it was self defense (which it by far wasn’t), I could see where he would keep stabbing him until the force was weakened. NEVER did I say that it was ok for him to hack off his head and burn his hands and feet.

I do have to admit, that I too myself was into drugs, drinking and smoking cigs in highschool. Never once did I ever think it would be ok for me to think up a murder of anyone! But I guess thats just the difference between my brain and their chemical imbalance.

And I do have to say, that I think it’s hilarious that J.P. told his parents that he wasn’t going to do any time for this, and he will probably be the youngest person in whatever prison they choose to put him in doing the most time, unless someone gets to him first – Like one of Dan’s mob buddies that J.P. hadn’t heard him speak about in prison.

I’m agreeing with Max. GloryBug, you are brilliant!

probably because Dan had it coming, what kind of scum bag sells dope to kids 10 years younger than him. I’m sure JP overreacted and panicked because he owed Dan a bunch of money he didn’t have for some reason. In my opinion the motive was money and JP was obviously a very disturbed person to begin with. He probably was so consumed with the fact that he owed a ton of money, that he honestly felt in his mind that he was doing what he had to do to make it all go away. The aftermath of mutilating the body was probably done very routinely and without emotion. Sometimes drugs and money cloud your mind so much you can’t think straight. I really think he was just thinking of it very matter of factly and did not even consider the magnitude of his actions. Somebody that cold does not deserve to be living in society amongst us. Overall, it was a combination of JP being swept up into a drug world by a man 10 years older than him and him being a sociopath to begin with.

Also these kids had a horrible horrible defense, honestly a blind monkey could have come up with a better defense strategy.

Ashley- I was never implying that you personally were defending the POSs.

I was actually agreeing with you, in the context that although I can’t imagine ever harming anyone, if attacked, I might. If my children were attacked, guaranteed.

I just don’t believe the defense claims of who attacked who. I stand by all my statements about cutting off the head of the attacker I stabbed, and tossing his head in a river.

I’m guessing I’d never do that.

I hate this whole “Dan had it coming” bullshit. Like it or not JP or Alex supporters, your little buddies are going to provide quality ass for seasoned prisoners but hey at least they’re not suffering as much as Dan did. Yes Dan was a sex offender. But I don’t treat being 17 and having consensual sex with a 14 year old the same as being 40 years old and raping a 6 year old child. I’m sure Dan was far from perfect but I don’t believe he deserved to be murdered and dismembered how he was- this was not self-defense, it was pure evil. You sit here and say that the victim was responsible for his own death…no JP and Alex were, seeing as they did the actual physical killing and covering up of the crime.

    37. TurtleMania says:

The fact of the matter is:

JP looks great with a blonde wig and some make-up. I found a cheap red, laced-trim babydoll negligee for him. Also, online I managed to find a shoe bargain blowout sale!
They have sexy red pumps – 20% off!

Oh this is worth it, permanent laser hair removal for those legs, underarms etc.

And then for icing on the cake – I’d give JP a leather mouth restriction mask.
The mask restricts JP’s mouth from closing – it shields his teeth and the mask fits the bottom part of his jaw-line. It is not a full-face mask, yes. Good times are a-head! :)

    38. glorybug says:

My older brother bought/sold large quantities of drugs when I was a kid, and at 17 had a girlfriend who was 13. They were together until she was 16. It was sad when I saw her years later and she said she’d had multiple abortions with him. Was he an asshole? Yes. Was he a rapist/sex offender/molestor? Yeah, but not in that relationship, which was consensual with someone who legally wasn’t able to consent. He also stole things from people, including me, my parents, and everyone we knew. But that also describes the security guard at my high school, too. He wasn’t any better.

Do I think he deserved to be murdered and have his head cut off, be blowtorched and have his various body parts ditched and tossed in a river? No.

My brother sold drugs, slept with underaged girls, stole and pissed a lot of people off. He was threatening and scary a lot of times. He threatened to kill me and to kill my cat. I didn’t murder him- I moved out with my cat at 17, and never went back.

While I’m glad nobody every murdered him, and there may have been plenty of people with reason to, I do regret that none of the girl’s parents, even the ones that contacted the police, ever pressed charges and got him arrested for stat. rape.
Oh, and he’s owed me money for over 20 years.

But, that was then. Religious fundy-types will be pleased to know that he’s now BAC, is married, has a son, and is really good at being all ‘better than thou’.
      Ahem.

I still don’t like him, don’t trust him, and think he hasn’t changed. I could care less if he now goes to church. But I don’t think that murdering someone that you don’t like, that sells drugs, steals, owes people money or gets underaged girls to fuck them should be stabbed, decapitated and blowtorched.

I do, however, think they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law at every opportunity- and if it results eventually in the DP, so be it. Considering that so many of these POSs eventually get parole, I really wish our present ‘3 strikes, you’re out’ law was changed to ‘3 strikes, you get the DP’. Save us all a lot of time, more victimization, and a waste of money on incarceration.

Who the victim is should not affect a perp’s sentence. These POSs should have gotten the same sentence they would have gotten if they’d have murdered, beheaded and blowtorched a blind nun who’d discovered a vaccine for diabetes and AIDS. Their actions are no different just because their victim was a little less savory than people would prefer.

Family dogs don’t pull guns on people, or for that matter, try to extort kids, now do they? Dan isn’t alive today because he fucked with the wrong kid at the wrong time. Nobody Jp’s size would go at some guy the size of Dan, who has a gun, with a knife unless it was a life or death situation. Any one with an ounce of common sense should be able to see Jp did little wrong, certainly not enough for life in prison. If I had more faith in God I’d pray Jp’s appeal goes through and he gets less than that of Alex.
