They told her that she was wrong for fleeing the scene when they used to get into there fights. What was she supposed to do? Then they said she needed to file a restraining order against him. I can't tell you how many of those hearings I had to sit through. What they failed to notice is that you cant file a restraining order if the suspect cant be server his/her notice. Now when I go to file for fafsa every school year I have to send in news clippings and a death certificate to prove that I am an independant student. It's so flawed. Well if you haven't he is doing 30 years somewhere in FL. By the time he gets out he will be in his mid 70's.
