Lori Drew Will Not Be Prosecuted

The prosecutor, St. Charles County Prosecutor Jack Banas, while revolted at the behavior of Lori Drew, has decided that Lori Drew will not be prosecuted for her role in the events that led to Megan Meier’s suicide.

Legally, Lori Drew may be right.

    Morally, she is dead wrong.

    Update:

Lori Drew has been indicted and faces a possible 20-year prison sentence.

    HA HA!

What the hell? This woman should be strung up for this. I am surprised that Megan’s family have not taken a hit out on this evil, evil woman.

    2. Brittany says:

she’ll be dead in a few weeks. just watch. some crazy sane mother fucker will execute her. It’ll probably be Megan’s dad. He’ll go out with a bang, security videos or not.

    3. Michelle says:

Karma’s a bitch. She’ll get hers. Full circle.

    4. Sarah says:

      Typical.

    5. Sarah says:

Has the Meier family considered a civil suit? If Megan were my child, I would own that family!

      The system works!

    7. SammySushi says:

Ok, Lori Drew is posting on Meganhaditcoming that she started that blog, not her daughter. Fascinating how truly twisted this woman is.

    8. GloryBug says:

      Sad.
Lori Drew probably doesn’t understand that her ill-gotten minutes of fame was because she instigated and pushed some little teen off the edge to the point where she committed suicide.

Um, Lori, your 15 minutes are up.

I’m going to guess that Lori suffers from a variation of ‘Munchausen-by-proxy’. And has a Narcisstic Personality Disorder. Not too many of those are successful in their business or private life.

Lori- why not spend your brief noteriaty for a good cause? For a charity, or some such?

Oh, sorry, I forgot that you were too busy setting a fuckass bad example for your loser daughter. She’s going to turn out well, wink, wink?

i don’t even think it matters if she’s prosecuted or not. her name is all over the internet, so i don’t see how she can ever come out from under this. it may not be behind bars, but she’s going to do more time then she bargained for if you ask me.

    10. Lori Drew is a Souless Monster says:

The prosecutors are chickenshits. There are clear statutes that were violated, and they could make it stick if they prosecuted this vile excuse of a human being, but they’re afraid to for some reason.

Oh, well. What goes around DOES come around, and remorseless Lori is in for a whopper of a knock-down when it does.

    11. ErricZ says:

Yeah, she’ll just write a book about it in a few years and make a few million. Since she wasn’t prosecuted, there isn’t any law about her making money off of her crime. Sad.

    12. zerofactor says:

i only have two words for this woman “oxygen thief” i think its sad that we live in a system that allows a person who should be tried for sexual abuse of a minor and identity theft i mean call it what you want but misrepresnting yourself with a fake identity is still a crime i think. lets see what else would i charge her with slander. bieng a incapable parent. ummm stalking. mean and malicious behavior. im pretty sure you could get her on some conspiracy charges. oh yahh then theres the whole first degree murder thing. i would just argue that her malicious words were weapon enough and there is apparently a whole mountain of circumstancal evidence that cant be ignored. personally i belive that anyone who would create a fake myspace account with the intent of maliciously manipulating a thirteen year old girl, should suffer to the fullest extent of the law. What ever happened to being mature enough to pick the phone up and say hi my daughter and your daugther are having a tiff maybe we could work togther as parents to try to figure this mess out??? No instead this woman decideds to take it upon herself to personally attack a destroy a thirteen year old girl. I wish there was some way i could personally contact this woman and tell her how much i wish she would just hold her breath indeffinatly and stop wasting all my good oxygen.

    13. Anita says:

I think the Meirs family should sue Lori Drew for wrongful death of their daughter….If they won’t charge her with anything at least the Meirs family should be able to take them to court and maybe get several million from them….

    14. Kim says:

YES, THEY INDICTED THIS CRAZY BITCH, I JUST HOPE SHE GET’S LONGER THAN 2 YRS AND THEY GO FOR 25 YRS, ALTHOUGH SHE WILL NOT MAKE IT OUT ALIVE IN PRISON ANYWAYS.
