He can and should be civilly convicted as a persistent sex offender under WA state law, but if no out cry is raised nothing will be done and King County, his county of conviction will never peruse proceedings against him unless the people speak out! I served time with him and I will not allow him to release to my zip code; how about you? I know him by sight, how about you? I.E. he has pleasant sex while his victims try to figure out how to live the rest of their lives... So he sees his wife every 30 to 45 days and we the tax payers finance his home life while he only has to pay a 5 dollar a night co-pay to participate in the family visitation program. Write your congress person, check out the facts, and just say no! He is presently the Imam, or Islamic spiritual leader for the approx 40 Muslim inmates incarcerated there. He has told none of his "flock" that he has been booked into jail 4 times for sexual crimes. His knowledge of the Koran and of Islam is greater than mine, but even in my studies of this religion that teaches peace, respect and tolerance, have I to find any thing that condones his type of repeated unspeakable behavior. Maybe more people should contact the Washington State Department of Corrections and ask why he is allowed to counsel and lead the weekly celebration of Jummah. My word is worth little as I am an ex-con, NOT convicted of offenses against people;e or property!
