Although, it looks like it would take a LOT of burgers...I'm envisioning that episode of Simpsons where Homer went to Hell and his "punishment" was being force fed donuts; ate the Devil's whole supply and still wanted more. In California, in order to maintain a marriage license you have to get a blood test done to check for AIDS. I think it's great for 2 reasons. 1- if the person doesn't know they're infected and 2- if the person didn't tell you they were infected. I think the same should be done as far as background checks.
