I am so tired of people (let alone parents) using religion (whether it be islam, christianity, or judiasm) as a lame excuse for killing.... this is the disturbing aspect of extremism, and that's why I think public figures who propel such extremism (such as those wacko mullas, crazy Israeli settler leaders, or people like Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson) need to be jailed for incitement, for life. Religion takes yet another victim.. what is that now? Are we passed the 1 million mark yet? I say either way, it doesn't really matter because a father murdered his daughter for his own selfish reasons and doesn't seem to feel any remorse for it. That deserves Hell, IMO.
