Seriously? I had my son twenty days before I turned seventeen years old. I was scared shitless when I found out I was pregnant, but did I kill my baby? No. I got the prenatal care needed for us & gave birth in an actual hospital. If these girls don't want there baby, they can make abortion or adoption arrangements, or drop them off at a "Safe Haven", & never have to worry about them ever again. She cut the umbilical cord, placed it in a bag, threw it away, and cleaned the scene. She had to have known what she was doing, even if she did faint and cry later. And whether or not the baby was still-born (the argument being that there was no evidence to suggest the baby was dead and that she killed it), shouldn't there be some consideration for the fact that she did nothing to summon medical help, get the baby checked out, and instead threw it away like common garbage? Lets see now: being unaware of pregnancy is possible, my last pregnancy went undetected until twenty two weeks and sadly my little girl was still born five weeks later, however there were reasons i didn't expect to be pregnant... Mainly due to the IUD i had been fitted with two years prior... And yes, i can believe she went into shock, i did following the sudden delivery of my son who weighed in at a whopping ten pound eleven ounces... But despite being in shock, i never once felt the need to stuff him in a trash can! I just did the usual, nursed him, cuddled him and did a quick count of fingers, toes etc...
