Joe Horn had it right! my sympathy is with him and all other peoples whos lives are affected because they cant get rid of the scum in their neighbourhoods. He would be well within his right to kill the criminals by both law and commonsense since he is defending himself. Again, I would have preferred that he called the cops to expose the criminals. Joe Horn wanted to shoot the guys before he knew their potential intentions of robbing him. He could have called the police and described the criminals in detail without shooting people.
