I knew the stats on how many people have drove a car while drunk was high -- 80%.. yet most of the comments on here are damning Gagnon to hell. I bet at least a few of these people HAVE driven drunk before & this could have easily been them....instead of Gagnon.. yet, they're damning him to hell. I will admit that when I was younger - I did drive drunk on a few occasions..granted, I don't think I was ever as loaded as Gagnon on that night, however, I still made HUGE mistakes.. luckily I got away with it - I never killed anyone, had an accident or even got a DUI.. but it really was luck. I got accused of being family when I said I didn't think his sentence was a just sentence.. it is wasting another life... Anyway, I love this site and I do love the posters on here - I just strongly disagree with them on the Gagnon issue. I don't think throwing him in jail for essentially a life sentence does anything really...
