Meet 25-year-old Jeremiah McGee.
Apparently, Jeremiah McGee here is a heavy sleeper.
Mr. McGee was taking care of a 5-year-old girl over the weekend.
Whether this girl was Jeremiah McGee’s daughter or otherwise related to him is unclear as of yet. People You’ll See In Hell is sure more information on this guy will pop up somewhere, however.
The only thing that is clear is that on the 13th of December, 2007, Jeremiah McGee was sleeping in the same bed as this 5-year-old girl, and the mother was nowhere around.
Now, sleeping in the same bed with a 5-year-old girl isn’t wrong in some instances.
This one…not so much.
Jeremiah McGee, as stated above, is a heavy sleeper.
At one point, according to Jeremiah McGee, he was sleeping so heavily that when he might have heard a noise that might have been the 5-year-old girl screaming, that he didn’t wake up.
Well, the little girl was screaming, which must have made later conversation over the breakfast table a little awkward.
When the little girl got back to her mother’s house, she told mommy what Jeremiah McGee had done.
Mommy rightfully called the police about Jeremiah McGee raping her daughter, the police showed up at McGee’s residence and asked him about what happened.
So how did Jeremiah McGee explain what happened to the cops?
Yes, the girl was sleeping with him in the same bed.
Yes, he might have heard a noise that might have been the 5-year-old screaming for help.
Yes, he might have raped her a little bit, but if he did, he was asleep and dreaming while doing so.
Oh, well I guess it’s all just fine then.

The cops, who were undoubtedly chomping at the bit to gently place this guy into a squad car, arrested Jeremiah McGee, who has now been charged with felony rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and statutory sexual assault.
He’ll be very popular in jail, I’m sure.

Why are people always doing crazy shit to kids? At least adults can piss eachother off legitimately, but children do not have the capacity to do something that deserves this sort of nastiness.

I’ve heard of people who have sex in their sleep and don’t remember it the next day. I have a friend who dated a guy with this disorder, and it created alot of awkwardness in their relationship. But even if this guy does have that “disorder,” that is still no excuse. He would have heard the screaming. Or at the very least, he’d be aware of his problem and probably think twice about sleeping in the same bed as a child.

This poor man has a “disorder”…. I wonder how many medical web site he or his lawyer had to search through before he or his lawyer were able to make such a diagnosis!
I think that most people in this world would figure out that they have “sleep issues” long before it led to them “sleep raping” a 5 year old child.

Mother of God! If he isn’t related to this child the mother should be locked up as well for letting a strange man spend the night, alone, with her child. How sick do you have to be? I will never understand what goes through the minds of these monsters. Did he think the little girl wouldn’t tell? Did he think anyone would buy the sleep story? Either he is borderline retarded or he thinks the rest of the world is. Regardless, they should lock this guy up and throw away the key.

sleepraping a child? now that’s a new one to me i must admit. i’ve heard about people having sex with their partner while sleeping, but this one definatly takes the cake in that respect. i honestly don’t care if he was awake or not, he molested that poor child.
