Apparently, Jeremiah McGee here is a heavy sleeper.
Mr. McGee was taking care of a 5-year-old girl over the weekend.
Whether this girl was Jeremiah McGee’s daughter or otherwise related to him is unclear as of yet. People You’ll See In Hell is sure more information on this guy will pop up somewhere, however.
The only thing that is clear is that on the 13th of December, 2007, Jeremiah McGee was sleeping in the same bed as this 5-year-old girl, and the mother was nowhere around.
Now, sleeping in the same bed with a 5-year-old girl isn’t wrong in some instances.
This one…not so much.
Jeremiah McGee, as stated above, is a heavy sleeper.
At one point, according to Jeremiah McGee, he was sleeping so heavily that when he might have heard a noise that might have been the 5-year-old girl screaming, that he didn’t wake up.
Well, the little girl was screaming, which must have made later conversation over the breakfast table a little awkward.
When the little girl got back to her mother’s house, she told mommy what Jeremiah McGee had done.
Mommy rightfully called the police about Jeremiah McGee raping her daughter, the police showed up at McGee’s residence and asked him about what happened.
So how did Jeremiah McGee explain what happened to the cops?
Yes, the girl was sleeping with him in the same bed.
Yes, he might have heard a noise that might have been the 5-year-old screaming for help.
Yes, he might have raped her a little bit, but if he did, he was asleep and dreaming while doing so.
Oh, well I guess it’s all just fine then.

The cops, who were undoubtedly chomping at the bit to gently place this guy into a squad car, arrested Jeremiah McGee, who has now been charged with felony rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and statutory sexual assault.
He’ll be very popular in jail, I’m sure.

maybe it was a drug induced coma that altered his mind into a deep sleep but a sleep walk at the same time that he just happened to rape the little girl.

I won’t. I don’t give a damn if he’s a relative, a family friend, whatever. A pathetic bastard is a pathetic bastard, relationship with victim be damned. Sure it will be even MORE fucked up, but I really can’t think any lower of him than I do already.
Why are people always doing crazy shit to kids? At least adults can piss eachother off legitimately, but children do not have the capacity to do something that deserves this sort of nastiness.
I’ve heard of people who have sex in their sleep and don’t remember it the next day. I have a friend who dated a guy with this disorder, and it created alot of awkwardness in their relationship. But even if this guy does have that “disorder,” that is still no excuse. He would have heard the screaming. Or at the very least, he’d be aware of his problem and probably think twice about sleeping in the same bed as a child.

I think that most people in this world would figure out that they have “sleep issues” long before it led to them “sleep raping” a 5 year old child.

Mother of God! If he isn’t related to this child the mother should be locked up as well for letting a strange man spend the night, alone, with her child. How sick do you have to be? Just for everyone to know that this person was found not guilty. I highly suggest that you get a copy of the court records and see the facts of the case. But I am sure that this still wouldn’t matter to you considering the fact that you had this man pinned as guilty from the very start. I am also sure that this man will never receive an apology for your liable against him. It doesn’t matter considering the fact that you may be facing legal repercussions for your presumptions.

In all honesty, you should consult a lawyer about having this post up. The State of Pennsylvania said that he is not guilty of committing these horrific crimes. As you will see, the case wasn’t thrown out. It was tried and he was found not guilty on all five counts. If you raped a 5 year old little girl I am sure there would be plenty of evidence to get a conviction.

Most of these case are usually thrown out, unfortunately, rather than tried.
It doesn’t mean that he’s innocent, it just means is haven’t been PROVEN guilty… So he very well could still be guilty, Devil, whether he was tried or not. In cases where they are trying to enforce laws criminals are often let go because their guilt must be proven without a shadow of a doubt. If there is any doubt, what-so-ever that they could in any world be innocent, they must be let go. In Civil court, they prove liability of a problem and then decide if the plaintiff gets monetary compensation…
For Example:
OJ Simpson was found “not-guilty” in his criminal case…
But he was found liable in his civil case, so Jessica’s family was awarded a shit ton of money although that stupid fuck was still free to walk the streets.
So, maybe your little boy toy, Jeremiah wasn’t found “guilty” but he very well could still be (and I think is). Plus, it is kind of irrelevant since we’re talking about hell, here, rather than jail… In which case he won’t rot in hell; he is going to be raped by Satan, thrown on a pitchfork cemented to the ground while his scrotum is burned away by the eternal flames… And that’s only the beginning.

I just want to say that I am married to a man that can have sex in his sleep and not know it. Now, technically I guess it could be considered rape but I don’t think if I was screaming that he would still be asleep. I am sorry but even personally witnessing this disorder, I do not believe that is what happened, there was only one reason that he was in bed with that little girl and I believe it was to rape her.
