48-year-old Lawrence Garcia and his son, 18-year-old Daniel Garcia, were having a blast on New Years Eve, 2007.
Pizza had been ordered and alcohol was flowing.
When the 27-year-old pizza delivery chick showed up, at 7 in the evening, she did the usual pizza-delivery routine - brought the pizza to the door and gave it to a woman in the house in exchange for money.
On her way back to the delivery vehicle, however, the story gets much more interesting.
Lawrence Garcia and his son, Daniel, followed the pizza delivery chick back to her car.
Once they caught up to her, they told her that she was a pretty girl and asked her if she wanted to stay and party with them.
The pizza delivery chick, not being impressed with the level of game in the Garcia family thus far, told them she had to go.
Well, some people don’t take “no” for an answer.
Daniel Garcia grabbed the pizza delivery chick’s right arm while Lawrence Garcia grabbed her left arm.
Lawrence Garcia then began to set an excellent example for the next generation of Garcias when he began to force kisses on the pizza chick’s face and mouth, all while reading down with his left hand to unbutton and unzip her pants.
Completing the bad porno vibe, Daniel Garcia, who was visibly aroused at the sight of his father in the process of raping a stranger, said, “Daddy’s gonna get him some.”
Well, daddy did get him some, as Lawrence Garcia sexually assaulted the woman who had brought his family food, while his son restrained her.
After about five minutes of molestation outside the Garcia residence, the pizza delivery chick was able to scratch Daniel Garcia’s face badly enough to force him to let her go. She ran to her car, hopped in and drove off, while calling police on her cell phone.
Lawrence Garcia and Daniel Garcia jumped into a car and drove off. What they thought running away at this point would get them, I don’t know, considering the pizza delivery chick obviously knew their address, what they looked like, and the kind of car they had gotten into.
Within a few moments, the Denver police also knew, which helped them pick up Lawrence Garcia and Daniel Garcia.
Lawrence and Daniel were found and arrested without incident, taken to jail and charged with felony sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact with force.
The pizza delivery chick was easily able to identify them, especially with the cut she gave to Daniel Garcia.
The Garcia’s neighbor, Jonathan Evans, was somewhat surprised that this had happened:
I was just thinking, you know, that’s crazy to jump on a pizza delivery woman. I don’t see why anybody would do something like that. They’re pretty nice, quiet people.

There is always someone like Onion who tries to make people like the Garcia’s seem innocent. Well Onion, you are full of sh!t. Girls just don’t go around claiming that they were raped. It actually takes a lot for a woman to admit that she was raped. So I’m so happy that she did come forward and report these scum bags. Now when they are behind bars, I’m sure they’ll see what it feels like to be raped. And yes…hell for both of them.

this is not a case of he said she said - there is some actions taken in which DNA is involved. It’s not the 1980’s where her word will be simply taken - she’ll be under a microscope as well as them. If she came up with an elaborate lie, then I hope she gets the sentence that she tried to get imposed on them, else if what she said turns to be true, then I hope that they get the max!

You know after reading this story and thinking real hard I don’t think I’ve ever had a female deliver pizza to anywhere I’ve been. I’m thinking this is a prime reason as to why.
Maybe not so much do we need to look at the bad in this story, because it’s obviously there, but what about the situation with delivery drivers.
Now what I’m about to say may just get a whole lot of women angry and I am a woman, and don’t necessarily agree with the statement I’m about to say but needless to say I’m going with it:
Should women not be allowed to go on deliveries on “certain days” or “certain time slots”??? If that’s the case then changes should be made. Maybe segregation in the specific areas. If women continue to be allowed to go into certain areas on nights that people are GOING to be drunk maybe there should be other precautions made. Maybe it should be a company requirement to have the drivers carry a pocket size mace for when situations like these arise.
