As far as Christopher, he was just damn insane. I get peeved whenever someone tries to claim insanity or mental anguish as some kind of defense against a crime. I believe that if you did the crime, you should do the time no matter what. If there are extenuating circumstances like mental disability, maybe a little leniency, but ONLY a little….like a teeny teeny teeny tiny bit. Tiny.

As far as Jana, it sounds like she was just a nice girl who wanted to be friendly with everyone. She was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong person and got taken advantage of.

We should feel sorry for her, because she is so blinded by her “love” for this psycho.
