It’s True, Maude; 11-year-old girls do lie!
On the 16th of January, 2008, an 11-year-old student at Perry Hall Middle School in Baltimore, Maryland, went to the principals office at about 2:30 in the afternoon. She regaled the staff with a story about how, between classes, she had been followed into a restroom by a man who matched the description of a construction worker who was working on a renovation project at the school. This man sexually assaulted her in the restroom before she was able to fight him off and run out of the restroom.
Once out of the restroom, she reported the attack to the school police officer.
After an initial panic that was set off by the claim of rape, after a thorough investigation, which included interviewing the girl and the worker and reviewing video from one of the school’s 18 surveillance cameras, police found out that the girl had lied.
County schools spokeswoman Kara Calder said she did not know whether the girl would be disciplined by school officials and would be prohibited in any event from discussing the issue because of student privacy concerns. Kara Calder also told the press that she did not know whether the system would begin requiring background checks of contract workers.
Though relieved to hear the girl hadn’t been harmed, parents said the incident helped raise awareness about the potential dangers posed by contractors working in the buildings during the school day.

19-year-old Jacques Coleman was man enough to kick down the door of a girl who lived in the apartment below his.
Jacques Coleman was man enough to threaten the girl with harming her puppy.
Jacques Coleman was man enough to pick up the 7-week-old animal and throw it out her window.
When he’s in court, however, Jacques Coleman is pretty much a whining, crying bitch.
The man who bravely hurled a puppy out a window, causing it to suffer two broken legs and a skull fracture, “cried and sobbed” that he was innocent, that he had bought the puppy as a gift for his now ex-girlfriend and that he would never have hurt it.
Officer Christine Allenberg, from the MSPCA, told the press:
Whenever anyone is accused in court, from my experience, everybody is innocent and nobody did anything, and that’s just the way the system works. There is a link between cruelty to animals and and other violent crimes, especially involving people. That’s why the MSPCA is here because we need to speak for these animals.
Jacques Coleman can possibly be sentenced to five years in prison if convicted of the animal cruelty charges against him along with the assault and battery charges on a woman that he faces.
Way to beat up women and puppies, asshole.

63-year-old Allen Kauffman, who was caught having sexual communication on the Internet with what he thought was a 13-year-old girl in November and December of 2007, has been taped making a phone call to the lead detective in the investigation.
During that phone call, Allen Kauffman can be heard repeatedly asking for mercy from the detective and begging for the evidence to made to disappear.
Charged with four counts of felony enticement of a child, Allen Kauffman asked “the girl” for sex and for nude pictures and encouraged her to have sex with a girlfriend in front of a Web cam so Kauffman could watch.
Apparently Allen Kauffman, who recently resigned as the town mayor and pastor of the town’s Temple Lot Church, doesn’t find prison to be sexy at all.
On Diamond police Detective Jim Murray’s tape of the call, Allen Kauffman says:
Please have mercy on me. I’m begging that I can put my life back together and this don’t have to go any farther.
Detective Murray can then be heard telling Allen Kauffman that the hard drive is in the hands of prosecutors and that there’s nothing he can do for him.
Allen Kauffman’s response?
There’s no way you can just take the hard drive and not go any farther with it?
When contacted by reporters asking for a statement, Allen Kauffman said:
I didn’t ask him to do anything illegal. I just asked him for mercy.
Of course you did. Of course.

Don’t you just love society? Remind me again why we can’t just kill these assholes off?
1. The girl who cried rape needs a psych evaluation first and foremost. We need to find out how and why she would come up with something like this. Situations like this one are what cause witch hunts-literally. All we need is another daycare/school molestation panic that will inevitably screw up kids that weren’t actually affected. There are no winners in those situations. At least there was a thorough and fair investigation.
2. This piece of waste should be dropped out of a window. I can’t tell you how much I hate people that abuse anything weaker than they are. I think if I ever saw someone doing it in front of me, I’d be the one in jail when it was all said and done. There is no redemption for people like that and I wouldn’t be sad if we subjected them to the exact same treatment their victims endured. If there were any real justice in our society, this guy would get the maximum sentence allowed. Sadly though, he’ll probably spent a month or two in jail at the most.
3. Are you f-ing serious? Who votes for these people. I’m betting it’s the same type of people that voted Marion Berry into yet another elected position after he was busted smoking crack with a prostitute. Genius. Is it too much to ask that an IQ test be required to get your voter’s registration card? How many times do you think this guy pulled something like this when he was in a position to make the evidence disappear?

1. I have to wonder about what is going on atthe girl’s house. Was she checked for being raped or was the investigation done just to clear the contractor and the school of any liability. Odds are that there is some sexual misconduct somewhere in that girl’s life and she’s afraid to name the real source.
2. In a few years this asshole will be back and he’ll have done something that will get him his own spot, rather than havingto share it with an abused 11 year old and a unsuccessful pervert. Although his sentence may be short, they should show him crying like a bitch on the prison TV and let everyone there know that they should look out for this tough guy…..
3. A person in 2 such leadership positions should really get the max – period. But because he did not do anything that we know of, he’ll be considered a first time offender and be let off lightly because “he’s such and upstanding member of the community….” People like him are to be examples, and if not then they should be made examples!
STORY #1… This is a big problem in my eyes. Its stupid girls like this that make it harder for women who really were raped to come forward. I don’t know if this girl was starved for attention or is just a habitual liar but someone needs to discipline her. I remember hearing a story of a man called Clarence and he was charged and convicted of raping his niece and her grandma and then killing the grandma. That little girl went up on the stand and LIED saying her uncle Clarence did it, then uncle Clarence ended up in prison for 8 years and missed out on a big part of his own kids lives, all because his niece was angry at him for something that had happened earlier. He was eventually released due to DNA testing and a guilty conscience on the part of the real culprit who came forward…I understand we have to stress to children how important it is to come forward if they have been touched inappropriately but I feel it is also our obligation to let these kids just how important it is that they tell the truth and not make things up since things like this can certainly ruin someone’s life… #2, the puppy beater… I have so much compassion for animals as I feel they are the only true innocents aside from small children.. i hope this piece of shit rots, and when his little bitch ass gets out of jail (if he is still alive and well) i hope his ass gets attacked by a big, mean pittbull!!! that would be KARMA for him :) and well deserved…

Any girl that young that can convincingly tell a story of being pulled somewhere and of attempted rape knows a little more than she should, in my opinion. I agree with those who say somethings’ off about this story. Check her family/neighborhood out a little more and find out where she got the info to even make up a story like that, and why. These are the kinds of cases where I’m so glad DNA science has advanced so much.
Any person hurting ANY animal should be sentenced the same as a person hurting a child. Oh, wait. Nevermind. Because THAT’s been so successful.

THIS is why I’m not so keen on religion. A little repentance and no matter who you are (isn’t a pastor supposed to KNOW all the bible rules?), everyone thinks they should just be forgiven. No harm, no foul. Well, maybe some harm.
I have an idea for Mr. Pastor-pedo…. maybe this IS god’s plan for your life. Maybe he wants you to suffer in prison for being a horrible person, a hypocrite, and a generally evil person. THEN, after you die, you can continue your repentance in Hell?

#1: I can definately tell you 11 year old girls do lie, and come up with some doozies. Mine did when she was 11. But she did not have enough wordly experience to make up a story about sexual assult. Certainly we taught her where on her body people should not be touching her, but beyond that…
#2 if that guy is into abusing cute pups and women, he needs some of the same for himself, for he definately a danger to society.
#3: People in that kind of position should be held to higher standards then most.
Sorry to double post, but I have further comment on #1:
That is such a nasty thing. Claims of sexual assult against a minor, or even claims of sexual assult against an adult, is so delicate.
You do not want to discourage honest victims from coming forward, because it takes a lot of courage to do so.
But on the same hand, if the claim was false, then usually the reputation of the accused is already ruined, no matter what, so you have to be so very careful on pursuing the charge.
I think you should make the consequences of making a false statement about sexual assult horrendous, but at the same time not make a victim afraid to come forward, even if the victim has little proof of what happened.
Such a hard thing to figure out.
#1- This is a truely scary situation for anyone to be in. I actually know someone who has been in the same situation. This little girl needs to be evaluated. Someone needs to find out what compelled her to make up such a story. Is she being abused at home? Did she hear someone else saying that they had been abused? I just thank God this man’s life wasn’t destroyed.
#2- Man, when I saw the title of this story, I wasnt even going to read the story, but of course I did anyway! I’ve always been told that if you can kill or harm an animal (hunting for food excluded) you are perfectly capable of killing a human being. If you can hurt something as precious and innocent as that little scared puppy, what else are you capable of? I try not to hate anyone, but I absolutely hate people like this. Even though the dog wasn’t killed, it should have never had to suffer that kind of injury and as far as I’m concerned Jacques can have a place right beside Michael Vick in hell.
#3- Mercy? Ha. People like Allen put that sick vomit taste in my mouth. I just don’t get why or how a 63 year old man is attracted to a 13 year old girl? I know he’ll probably just get a slap on the wrist, but I hope that he gets put behind bars. Maybe his cell mate will show him some mercy? Think so?
comment on story 1: I know for a fact how bad a false sexual assault charge can be. My brother was accused and now his life has been ruined, his wife left him (and took EVERYTHING) he lost his nursing credentials and is now living broke and broken. WTF is going on in this world. My dog Kelso had a broken leg and tail and an abrasion on his head when he was found wandering the streets alone. His tail is always going to be crooked, he has a scar on his forehead, and his leg won’t heal without surgery. We don’t know what happened, but I suspect abuse (he’s terrified of flyswatters and other long sticklike objects).
Anyone who would do that kind of thing to an animal is, in my humble opinion, a total frigging cunt.
1. Sometimes children make stupid mistakes that can seriously affect everyone. It is wrong but does she realize the extent of what she is doing? As much as I don’t condone this behaviour I can not find her truely guilty. I think judgement of her actions should be reserved for later years of her life when she has a full understanding of cause and effect and how that affects the people around her.
2. Intermittent Explosive Disorder. This man is sick he needs to be properly diagnosed and threated with therapy, While serving time.
3. He should know better than everyone else. while not excusing ignorant people of their crimes I would expect educated people to be more responsible and aware of their actions.
Solution:
Throw Jacques out of a window and have that 11 year old girl break his fall. Let Allen watch and get off on some thrill of an older man falling on top of a younger girl. Let the puppy poop on them.
Then, yank these people up by their necks. Give that 11 year old a stern talking to, let’s Jacque get his face bitten off, and let Allen be sodomized by the inmates of whatever prison in which he is staying.

I new several people who attended perry hall middle school, I graduated in 2005 and one of my best friend had went to perry hall middle , we use to pass by it all the time…The school had a very bad reputation…
I went to dundalk high school in dundalk maryland and during my 10th grade year my computer teacher raped a 14 year old girl.
I moved out of Maryland in 2007 to Virginia and I will never go back.
