Nicola Clunies-Ross Found Guilty
The jury didn’t quite believe Nicola Clunies-Ross, her crocodile tears and her story that Peter Gurdulic forced her to anally rape the soldier that the pair enacted their revenge on.
After about six hours of deliberations, the jury that heard the story of Nicola Clunies-Ross and Peter Gurdulic decided that Nicola was indeed guilty of depriving the soldier of his liberty, attempted sexual penetration and common assault.
These are much less serious charges than kidnapping, sexual assault, and assault causing bodily harm, and any sentence that is handed down to Nicola Clunies-Ross will reflect that.
From the looks of it, the jury decided that Nicola Clunies-Ross had planned this fun little time out in advance and didn’t believe that Peter Gurdulic forced Nicola to do everything via threat of violence towards her.
Nicola Clunies-Ross denied that she had actually inserted the dildo into her ex-lovers’ ass, instead insisting that she had only held the dildo to his buttcheeks while Peter Gurdulic took photos.
Right.
Nicola Clunies-Ross admitted punching the solider a few times in the kidneys, however.
The Judge told Nicola Clunies-Ross that they were prepared to be merciful and released her on bail. Sentencing will take place in March, and the judge warned Nicola Clunies-Ross that prison time might be in her future, or might not, depending on how much money he gets from her family.

In relation to the nicola clunies – ross article, I would just like to say that maybe you shouldnt always believe what u hear u idiot, its not as sinsiter as it all sounds trust me i know! I knew peter and he was twisted and messed up and completely capable of doing such a horrible crime.If the judge had allowed the suicide note in court you would have seen that he had apologized to nicola for threatening to kill her. And as far as bribing the judge thats completely ridiculous, especially as the clunies – ross family are by no means ‘well off’ and havent been for over 20 years but they would never do something so obtuse because she WAS forced to do this, she didnt say she wasnt there or didnt do anything but if you actually knew her you would know she just isnt capable of creating this malicious plan. But, yeah. This is a stupid website. It is stupid because there is such an abundance of evil in this world that we have to have a website to let out our frustrations. Since Nicola was convicted and Pete took the coward’s way out rather than face prison time, I’d have to say to you that you should find a new best friend and a better hobby than lurking around the net defending a dead guilty guy.
Given that I’ve been to a cemetery, know that people were in fact buried under ground, and know the etymology of the word hell, I think I can with absolute Scientific proof, show that there is a Hell.
If you’re referring to the Romanization of the term by the Church, and the inspiration for the Inferno driven tortures of the Babylonians and Greeks, then I think we can safely say there’s no evidence to support the opinion, simply that everyone is entitled to one.
If you want to focus on an atheistic debate, you’re welcome, I personally don’t need one to know that the fundamental reason we have an idea of Hell in our civilization is to help to insure people don’t do horrible things to other people. Public embarrassment and an airing of public discontent at the actions of criminals is an important way of preventing this garbage from happening again.
