Well the dude is a moron and will burn.... CLEARLY..
As for the child a good 30 minutes staring at the clock in a time out? sure... and not just because she hurt the Xbox, but simply a very necessary "think before you do" lesson for the child. Problem with most kids these days is lack of discipline, and its not the kids faults, its the parents. Man up and spend some time with your kids to both enjoy them and teach them how to be well adjusted adults.

On a sadder note, here is a guy who could have one day enjoyed playing a game with his daughter, now the girl is altogether gone and his chance at any sort of "rewarding life" is over.

Think before you act people, and teach your children to do so also, this whole event could have been avoided with a little proper parenthood.

According to this USA Today article (http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2008-03-14-xbox-killing_N.htm), this walking, talking turd was sentenced to 22.5-45 years (None of the articles I've read so far give a specific number of years). I think that someone should also petition Microsoft to give him a permanent ban from using their online game server, assuming x-box live and Microsoft still exist when he gets out.

Sometimes a game getting interrupted in a sudden way, when you're in the middle of some great action and especially when you haven't been able to save your place or are SOOOOO close to finishing a tough objective, can make you WANT to punch something. That's understandable.

But punching and killing your little kid? Or any human being? Not so understandable. Maybe we should make up a list of gamer's etiquette for everyone to follow.

1)Keep the noise to a suitable level. Use common sense and try not to disturb others
2)If playing for extended periods of time, try to take a break here and there. Keep yourself hydrated and stretch periodically.
3)Do not take the game or memory card out of the system while the game is on.
4)When others are playing, wait your turn. If playing together, know that this is your friend and treat them as such.
5)If someone is playing and stuff needs to be done, politely ask that they finish up soon.
6)If a toddler, or anyone, interrupts your game in a sudden manner, please don't kill them. You'll only go to Hell and be featured on a hilariously scathing weblog.

my kids have unplugged, pulled down, turned off (probably hundreds of times), and they love to hit the eject button (especially when playing a game or watching a movie LOL) and I have never once got mad enough to harm any of my 3 toddlers. It sickens me that another "gamer" would do such a thing... really puts a bad name out there for us. I mean I personally only do it free time, usually late at night when my children are sleeping. I always make sure I have everything in my house that I need to have done, done before I play games as well. I'd much rather stay home and play games then go out and run into one of these nuts written about on here!

I am commenting because I am wondering if anyone knows what happened to this douche.

Not all black men have HIV, and not all black men are killers. My fiance's father is an African-American and he is also a Command Sergeant Major in the US Army. Doesn't sound like a piece of shit to me...
