In fact, she was a thin Pamela Anderson look-alike. I have no idea what happened to her through the years as we lost contact. In my opinion, I think it's sad that intimate family didn't step up sooner, seeing signs of mental illness, to save this family. Meloney and Kevin spent the night with us as we discussed the selling of our biz with them.. Kevin was the sweetest country boy ever. From what I observed when they visited, he absolutely adored his wife. I must say she did get a bit testy with him at times but continued talking about herself and her accomplishments the entire evening we were together. I mentioned her seemingly self-centerdness to my husband...But seems he was also taken with her also...However, Kevin to me, was just a big ole teddy bear kinda guy.. I am still in shock at this entire happening. I believe it's a story that didn't need to happen if someone would have stepped in seeing the danger ahead...but I guess no-one really knew how sick Meloney really had become. Very sad...My prayers are with the children and that they can put it all behind them knowing the only answer to life is God and HIS love for them. I hope Meloney is getting help in prison and turns her life over to God. May God bless all the family, Kevins mom and dad with their great loss and Meloney's family who still deal with this today. We are not here to try and cause you anymore pain than you are already going through. The purpose of this site is to show support for victims of crime, like your dad. That being said, your momma is a murderer, flat out. She needs to pay accordingly. There is no one to blame but her. So when you are looking at her in court, tomorrow, know that she made her choices. She, as an adult knew what the price would be for pulling that trigger. She knew that killing him would cause trauma to you and your sister. She knew she would be in prison and not be available for her children if she got caught. She took those risks anyways....that could be considered selfish.
