Olga Rutterschmidt and Helen Golay
This is 75-year-old Olga Rutterschmidt. She likes to buy life insurance, and happened to be one of the subjects of this really funny conversation two detectives had this one time.
So in early 2006, during a conversation about weird cases, one detective says to the other detective how weird it is that two women were the beneficiaries of huge life insurance policies that they had taken out on a hit-and-run victim, 50-year-old Kenneth McDavid.
“That’s odd,” says the other detective. “I had a case just like that in 1999, only this guy’s name was Paul Vados and he was 73.”
“Hmmm,” said the first detective.
“Hmmm,” said the second detective.
“Let’s go get donuts!” they exclaimed together.
People You’ll See In Hell is seriously considering writing a children’s book, and that’s just how it’ll read, right there. Oh how the money will roll in.
After the two detectives went back into their files, they discovered that, coincidentally, two women were the beneficiaries of large life insurance policies in each case – Olga Rutterschmidt, whose picture is up above and 77-year-old Helen Golay, whose delicate features are pictured here.
An investigation ensued, and enough evidence was collected to get a warrant to arrest Olga Rutterschmidt and Helen Golay and search their property for more evidence.
On the 19th of May, 2006, FBI agents and Los Angeles police detectives, along with state insurance investigators and postal inspectors arrested Olga Rutterschmidt in her Hollywood home and Helen Golay in her nice Santa Monica house.
Along with the two women, there was a considerable amount of evidence found that connected the women to the murder scheme, which their lawyer has claimed is circumstantial.
Not as circumstantial is a videotape that the FBI recorded after the women had been arrested.
The women didn’t follow Criminal Rule Number One: Don’t talk about your scheme to murder homeless people after you’ve been arrested by the FBI and are sitting somewhere being videotaped.
According to the FBI tape, which was played for the jury by the widely-smiling prosecutor, Olga Rutterschmidt told Helen Golay:
It’s your fault. You can’t have that many insurers. You were greedy. That’s the problem.
Yes, there was a fair amount of greed involved. There were sixteen life insurance policies that had been taken out by the two women on 50-year-old Kenneth McDavid before he was hit by a car and killed in 2005. When you compare that number with the three life insurance policies that had been taken out on 73-year-old Paul Vados, who was hit by a car and killed in 1999, you can see that someone got a little greedy.
I’m sure Olga Rutterschmidt and Helen Golay would insist that it wasn’t greed – it was just that they wanted a return on their investment.
After all, the pair had to take into account the fact that they had to keep the life insurance policies going for 2 years and a day. State law aimed at helping out consumers ensured that keeping the insurance policies on their two victims going for a two year period ensured that it would have been much more difficult for the insurance company to contest any apparent fraud, like the fraud Rutterschmidt and Golay were committing.
According to authorities, Olga Rutterschmidt and Helen Golay spent around $64,000 over the four years total that they supported the two men, who they had found in a homeless shelter at a Hollywood church. The two women paid for an apartment for each of the men, spending about $875 a month for rent. They paid for food, and for the electricity, and for lots and lots of life insurance.
About $5.7 million worth of life insurance, if you added it all up.
Part of ensuring that they got that sizable return on their investment was making sure that the men stayed out of trouble – and that meant keeping a close eye on the men. After Kenneth McDavid invited four other homeless men to move in with him, Olga Rutterschmidt and Helen Golay had the other homeless guys evicted and paid for armed security guards to sit outside the apartment for a while and make sure that their walking wallet didn’t go anywhere or do anything to screw their investment up.
On the 21st of June, 2005, Helen Golay ran over Kenneth McDavid in an alley and left him for dead, which was easy, because he was dead.
Running over Kenneth McDavid caused some damage to the car, which resulted in Helen Golay calling for a tow truck to take it back to her house. The car was found abandoned in Hollywood shortly after it had been returned to Helen’s house, and a brief examination of the car revealed Kenneth McDavid’s DNA on the undercarriage of the vehicle.
Once McDavid’s body was discovered by two men in the alley, it was taken to the cororner where an autopsy was conducted that revealed Kenneth had quite a few drugs in his system when he was killed – enough drugs to make him run very, very slow when being chased on foot by someone intent on running over him for life insurance money.
Helen Golay arrived at the coroner shortly after the autopsy, claimed to be a relative of Kenneth McDavid, identified the body and had it cremated.
Olga Rutterschmidt and Helen Golay have each pled not guilty to two counts of murder and two counts of conspiracy to commit murder for financial gain.
Their attorneys have insisted the women aren’t guilty, despite all the evidence the state has. According to Helen Golay’s attorney, Roger Jon Diamond:
We have evidence to show she’s not guilty. They have over 100 witnesses but they have no eyewitness, no confession. It’s all circumstantial.
Of course it is, Mr. Diamond. Of course it is. Ignore the receipts for rent, for food, the car that was used for the killing and the tow truck driver who took it to Helen’s house, ignore the rubber stamp with Kenneth McDavid’s signature that was used to sign the sixteen insurance policies.
All circumstantial.

I met Helen Golay while visiting a female friend in the Women’s Central Jail in the summer of 2006. I also met Golay’s 40 something boyfriend Gary that day. Gary told me that Helen spent lots cash on beauty treatments and “had the body of a 30 year old woman.” Now, after two years in jail hell, she has the face of a 77 year old woman. Hey, she is 77! So why was a good looking guy like Gary dating a seventy something year old broad like Helen? Hmmmmm. She probably took him out on real nice dates, what with all that loot she taking in. Gary kept telling me that this whole thing was a mystery to him. He said she was a “real estate speculator. Interesting. Speculator maybe, but not in real estate. I wonder Gary thinks now, especially after seeing the video shot at the police interrogation room. Gotta give the cops credit on this one. They did a good thing for the rest of us dumping these two old bags into the prison system…..

BOTH of those women are pretty nasty pieces of work! Rutterschmidt was the more hardnosed of the pair, but Golay looked sneaky as hell. If you ask me they both should get the death penalty regardless of their advanced age. A pair of cold blooded murderers like that? If they were men doing it, they would’ve gotten the death penalty.

Here’s exact punishment for Olga & Helen:
This one is called – “Death by parasites”
First, we soak both of them naked in hot water to tenderize the skin.
Then they are given a mild sedative and nailed inverted to wooden planks.
Instead of injecting them will collagen, we inject each wrinkle of the skin with parasitic egg larvae in one inch sections all over the body. Each section will be divided with a staple fastened to the skin. In essence we will turn their bodies into a whipworm, hookworm, pinworm farm of parasites!
While inverted, Olga and Helen’s organs start to die from lack of oxygen.
The parasites will feast on the dead organs and tissue within Olga and Helen thus completing the life cycle and reaching full growth.
We will give gestation period due time to allow Olga and Helen’s body cavities to become the host.
After due time we return to a dead Olga and Helen. But, there’s still life emitting from their inert corpses. What could it be? Let’s find out! We beat the body cavities with baseball bats to find hundreds upon hundreds of worms hived into the flesh, some falling to the ground and slowly inching for cover. LOS ANGELES – Two elderly women were sentenced to life in prison without parole Tuesday for murdering two indigent men to collect insurance policies taken out on their lives.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Wesley on Tuesday sentenced 77-year-old Helen Golay and 75-year-old Olga Rutterschmidt to two consecutive life terms each.
In April the women were convicted of a scheme in which they befriended homeless men, took out insurance policies on them and then killed them in murders staged to look like hit-and-run auto accidents. Prosecutors say the women collected $2.8 million before the scheme was uncovered.
The judge denounced the women, saying the men they killed needed only food, water and shelter and thought the women were going to help them.
“Instead, these unfortunate men were sacrificed on your altar of greed,” Wesley said.
Both women were convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to murder for financial gain in the 1999 death of Paul Vados, 73, and the 2005 death of Kenneth McDavid, 50.
Both men were run over by cars in dark alleys. Police linked the cases when a detective investigating one overheard a colleague describe a similar case.
Defense attorneys had conceded the women were involved in insurance fraud but denied they had formed a murder conspiracy. Golay’s attorney, Roger Jon Diamond, said during the trial that the women’s idea was to insure old, sick homeless people who would die more quickly.
The jury that convicted the women in April saw a secretly recorded videotape of the defendants in a lockup after their arrests. Rutterschmidt berated Golay, saying her actions in taking out 23 insurance policies raised a red flag when the men died.
“It’s your fault,” Rutterschmidt told Golay. “You can’t have that many insurances. … You were greedy. That’s the problem.”
I think the death penalty should be imposed by the Federal Government if necessary. This will probably not happen because their victims were minorities and they are Jewish. They were smart enough to pick minorities as their victims.

The ISSUE that the activists have regarding the number of blacks on death row is that a larger percentage of blacks are on death row than their national demographics. In other words – the total percentage blacks on death row is 40% while blacks account for only about 15% of the total population.
However – blacks also account for about 50% of ALL prisoners in jail. That would indicate that they commit much more crime than whites do, or at least get CAUGHT much more often.
So, you see? White murderers don’t get a free pass. They go to jail and get the death penalty too. And, even “Jewish” women who kill black men cand get a death sentence.
