Michelle Henry and David Privette
Let’s all give a VERY warm welcome to our new inductees, the lovely 30-year-old Michelle Henry, her 22-year-old boyfriend David Privette and their friends from the Department of Social Services.
Everyone in this story hails from Middleborough, Massachusetts. Along for the ride are Michelle Henry’s 7-year-old son and his 3-year-old half-sister.
According to David Privette’s great-aunt, David Privette aspires to be a police officer or fireman and Michelle is desperately seeking the ‘Miss Obese White Trash America’ crown. Why David Privette thinks he could get onto any police force with a prison record for crack cocaine possession and assaulting a police officer is anyone’s guess.
Now, while these are very brave aspirations, the bravest of the lot is the 7 year old boy who, on the 17th of March, 2008, eventually told the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth about the horrible abuse inflicted upon him by David Privette while Michelle Henry just stood around and watched.
Granted, the 7-year-old tried to hide the truth at first, saying he fell onto the handlebars of his bike and fell on the ice – but give the kid a break, he just “didn’t want another whoopin’.”
The Department of Social Services is now admitting that they dropped the ball on this case because they had been called three times by the nurse about possible abuse in Michelle Henry and David Privette’s household, and had visited the Michelle Henry and David Privette household four times in three months – yet hadn’t taken the children out of their situation.
No, the Department of Social Services just told Michelle Henry and David Privette to “cut back on the corporal punishment”.
That wasn’t the first time the Department of Social Services had turned their attention on Michelle Henry.
Back in 2002, they investigated her for neglect, before David Privette had even come into the picture, but nothing ever became of those investigations. Maybe the boy was a quick healer.
David Privette has finally inflicted some injuries that won’t heal quickly. They might not heal at all.
You see, it wasn’t enough for David Privette to urinate on this child’s face or beat the kid with a belt until the boy was bloody – all in front of his mother who did nothing but sit on her ass. No…that just didn’t satisfy his sadistic nature.
David Privette thought “What could I do to make this kid remember me for the rest of his life?”
Then it came to him…probably like this, “I know, I’ll put 1 inch burns from my cigarette on his penis and butt. So that every time he takes a piss and looks at his disfigured flesh he’ll remember me pissing on his head!”
And so that’s what David Privette did.
The child still went to school, with his mother ordering him not to tell anyone about what had happened. For a while, he obeyed…but then locked himself into a bathroom stall and cried until someone came to get him.
Why would the child lock himself in the stall, crying, not wanting to ever come out? I’m with you kid. I would cry every time I went to the bathroom.
Authorities are still looking into possible abuse of the 3-year-old little girl. I don’t think we want to know.
Still if it helps to better the careers of these shining examples of humanity then, by all means. David Privette’s torturous talents were probably used on the little girl as well.
On the 18th of March, 2008, David Privette was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on a child. On the 20th of March, 2008, David Privette was also charged with indecent assault and battery and mayhem. He’s being held without bond.
Michelle Henry has been charged with reckless endangerment and assault and battery on a child causing serious bodily injury.

I am also wondering what sort of sick individual would vote “No Hell” on this one. Probably another child abuser who sympathizes–no decent person would vote no hell on this one. After I read this I went to hug my 6 year old son. My heart is absoultely broken for these children. I think I’m a bad mother when my son doesn’t get the expensive shoes. There are only 2 acceptable reasons to urinate on another person-
1- You just like that kind of thing, you’re a consenting adult, and both you and your pee-friend are ok with it and aren’t going to creep me out with the details.
2- Someone has mysteriously been stung by a jellyfish or somesuch, and only human urine can alleviate the symptoms.
Anyone else, especially someone who chooses to urinate on a CHILD, regardless of any other phyical abuse that may or may not be provable…. should just be given the death penalty. Preferably the imaginary ‘fast-track’ kind of death penalty.

Foster Parent drive….
If every social worker knew for a fact there was a foster parent that they could take every abused child to, at a moment’s notice, I wonder if the incidence of this level of abuse would go down.
A better solution is to become a loving, caring Foster Parent.

As a taxpayer I am sick and tired of paying taxes which will go to support such POS. My wife and I are going to owe taxes in MA this year – I really do not feel like paying them if this is how the Commonpoor of Assachusetts is going to spend our hard earned money!

Given the mother is white, and nothing is mentioned about the child’s father, I can safely assume that the child is at least 1/2 white, so why not add hate?

At one time in MA such people may have been locked up in one of the commonwealth’s many “state hospitals”. I am sure that if this were the 1950’s or so, these POS would have done somethingto catch the eyes of the authorities who would have locked 1 or both of these POS even though they had not committed a crime, but now we wait until someone is a criminal then we send them to a “correctional facility” – these POS should have been “corrected” long before this!
The commonpoor of MA now has moved the function of the sanitarium to the prisons. Criminals do not need correction, they need disipline!

It’s important for a judge to set a reasonable bail, or that’s just one more thing for defense attorneys to appeal.
This poor child. And the sad part of it is, the people out there who really do love their children and treat them with the respect they deserve would be thrown in jail no questions asked for putting a accidental mark on their child. I remember when my daughter was young and she would walk into things (as all kids do), I brought her to the doctors once for a checkup and he noticed bruises on her shins, he asked her what happend and she told him “my Daddy beat me…With a stick” If you could have seen the expression on his face as the color drained from mine. But the scarest thing is we never hit our children but DSS would have come into our home and snatched them away without a second thought, yet they have been to this poor childs house repeatively and they say “We failed him” he fell through the cracks, that is BS maybe they should focus a little harder on the people who are real dangers and then this web site would not be needed. I would gladly take the poor child and show him what a real parent is about if I could. I pray that someone can do for him what he deserves. This is an accusation people. The reason we live in the greatest country on the planet is because we believe in the presumption of innocence. It’s clear this kid was abused, that we can agree on – and certainly we can agree that whoever did will be in prison. But what is not clear at this point is who committed this crime. So until the jury decides, why not leave the judgments for a future date?
