Joshua Mauldin Sentenced To Prison
Joshua Mauldin, who has been previously featured on People You’ll See In Hell, was sentenced on the 26th of March, 2008 to 25 years in prison. Joshua will also have to pay a $10,000 fine.
Hefty fine for microwaving your own baby.
The baby’s mother, Eva Mauldin, has decided to get out of Dodge and relinquish her parental rights to the child. For some reason, Joshua Mauldin has decided to try to keep his parental rights intact.
According to Sam Cammack III, Joshua Mauldin’s lawyer:
He loves his baby. He wants to be part of Ana’s life.
From reporter’s perspectives, it was impossible to ascertain whether or not Sam Cammack III was crossing his fingers at the time he made the statement.
While allowing Joshua Mauldin to retain his parental rights would make for many interesting conversations when the child is older, child welfare officials would much rather Ana Mauldin stay with Heather and Jeremy Croxton, the foster parents who have been caring for the girl and are trying to adopt her.
There will be a custody hearing on the 22nd of April, 2008 to decide who will take better care of the baby. I would guess that it will be a short hearing.

Short hearing?
Depends if any ofthe lawyers have any bills they need to pay and ay what rate they are being paid for this case vs. other pending cases they have going.
Common sense is obvious, law is another thing.
I’ll be that the GP has better sentencing ideas for microwaving a baby than the coourt system. Zamba (death by butt fucking) sounds like a better plan than paying for this POS to live!
WHAT A SICKO! WHo the HELL does that. and if they were out getting dinner or whatever how in the HELL can a baby frustrate you THAT MUCH for that little amount of time! HE NEEDS TO BE NUKED…refrigerated…and locked in a SAFE for EVER! Just my opinion though.
Why not just let the GP take care of hm?
Before you microwave him, I’d like to pee on him and take his parental rights away.
I can reserve a pail of urine and use a turkey baster to douse his skin peeling body as it crust and oozes from being nuked. Perhaps he can just marinate in a vat of my urine and feces, then go through the whole process again? Thanks Sickened.

Granted, no one has ever stuffed me in a micrwave and turned it on, but if someone did, I don’t think they’d be on my Christmas card list.

This POS is the ultimate NPD (Narcisisstic Personality Disordered… look it up- it most likely fits most of these POS, or your ex, of they weren’t BPDd.), in that he cares more about his rights to ‘know’ the child he physically abused than in her right to try to have whatever normal life you can after you’re stuck in the social system.
Would YOU want to have a relationship with some loser, evil freak who tried to MICROWAVE you when you were a baby?
At what point does the loser parent’s rights stop and the child’s begin? I put up with 6 years of stupid abuse from my bm, including foster care and county orphanage (back then there were orphanges) while 2 different foster parents went to court to adopt me. I’m biased. For whatever reason they relinquished, once both the bioparents give up their rights, it should be PERMANENT. No ;reuniting’ of the nonexistent ‘family’.
This POS is in jail, yet he can’t do the right thing by letting the child he brutally abused and physically scarred for life be given to someone who would never consider microwaving her?
The system just makes me sick.
My children are 8 and 10, and they have never met my b-mother. If you ask them why, they’ll say what I told them- that she does not deserve to have grandchildren, because she was a horrible, abusive mother.
They do see my a=parents. They weren’t abusive. They deserve to be grandparents.
My b-mother did not microwave me- yet 30 years later I still want nothing to do with her. It’s amazing to me how biological parents think their children will just love them no matter what.
Here’s a clue, all you child molestors, abusers, killers. All you baby-mommas who think popping out some baby will give you automatic love—–
Children are no different than animals. They need to be cared for. They will NOT love you just because you want them to.
And don’t even mention their teen years when they proclaim they hate everyone!!
You do not have children to ‘get’ love. You have children because you have love to give. And if you expect to get it back, get out of the game, because it’s not a given.
If you hurt your child, get out of the game. You lost. Let someone else take over. if you really love your child.
So he gets his parental rights, and the child is forced to visit him in jail for the assault he did on her? And that’s not going to fuck up her life how?

I highly doubt he will get parental rights.
Regardless, he needs to step down.
Lawyers have to say nice things about their clients, even their baby-microwaving ones. A lawyer can’t say “my client is a scumbag,” not in public anyway. Elsewise the client could appeal, using the nasty remark to say they had ineffective counsel — that is, the lawyer hated them too much to defend them properly.
I wish there was an update on Ana :( I hope she has no scars, and never has to know about this. I am googling, but I’m sure her new parents changed her name. Thank goodness she lived. what a freak her daddy is.
So, should they add “Do not place children in microwave” to the manual? Maybe add it to “What to Expect in the First Seven Years?”
The couple did adopt her. They named her Kaylee. The article I found said she is a “bossy, pink-loving, girly girl.” said she is a very happy child. Thank god…
